Waited 20 minutes at the drive through window. No one came, not once. This isnt the first time its happened. The first time i figured it was just busy but for it to happen every time we come regardles of time, window or walk in, its always at least 15 minutes wait minimum. They never have any pizzas “hot nor ready”. The management is horrible. AND IT NEEDS TO BE FIXED!

Omg not once not twice but ALWAYS messing up my orders, i wait for over 25 minutes always rather they busy or not and always am given cool pizza ….so frustrated with this place !!!! Too busy playing and talming to guys outside and then being rude to the ONLY EMPLOYEE I SEE TRYING TO HELP AND DO HER JOB (the only Hispanic girl that was working there- only bc i dont know her name) today more than 25 mins to wait on 3 burnt thin crust that were not even sliced…ugggh so went to corporate on this one bc i have complained numerous times and NEVER has it gotten better. I see wingstop stepped up their game and are amazing and 20 customers go in and out and they ordering CHICKEN COOKED PER ORDER…before 2 will come out of this place. Everyone there wants to be a boss and the manager u can find her either outside chill or talkn to a dude on cig break..ugh

We came at lunch to get a hot and ready pizza and we waited in line for 15 minutes to get our food and when we got to the window the women was very apologetic and explained that they were extremely busy and they’re were only 2 people working and it was Sunday football and they were very nice and professional then entire they’re names are Paris and Alexis and they both deserve a raise

Ordered food, got the pizza and was not cut? Hard to cut when you’re staying in a hotel with no silverware then had the cheesy bread ordered the crazy sauce and got none which I don’t eat it without it so a waste. Oh well rarely eat here and now I’m done for sure.

The management is poor at this location. The online orders are often not received in store and if it is received, sometimes your order will be canceled and no one contacts you to let you know this. After you arrive you learn that your order was canceled for “this” or “that” and then have to wait for the modified order to be made. The associates are not professional. I do have to say that when I receive my orders, it has always been really good food though. You may also have to re-cut your pizza when you get home because that is sometimes poor as well. Unbelievably slow and insanity! nobody even acknowledged the three separate customers waiting in the lobby. I ordered ahead and had to wait. That would have been fine but for nobody to even be watching the front or taking guest is crazy. We will just drive to any of the other locations next time and save time even though this one is closer to us. 4 people got there after us for the same thing and all got there’s before us. Also do they not have gloves? Because handling all the crazy bread without gloves is NOT ok!!
