I ordered and within 20 minutes I was there to pickup my order. The manager Maria made me show my ID even after I showed QR code, the actual numerical code and confirmed the last 4 of card used for mobile order. I ordered two pizzas for an event. She said someone had taken the pizza and accused me of sharing my code which wasn’t true. Instead of accommodating she wanted me to wait additional time which I made me more late to the event. Will not be back. If a customer is inconvenienced, they should be accommodated. Horrible service

I ordered a create your own crazy crust pizza. Called because they didn’t do the crazy crust, the gentleman I spoke with said okay to my complaint. I had to ask him aren’t you going to refund me? Said he can’t refund me, there are no partial refunds. Then he got Maira on the phone and I explained what happened and she said okay. I’ll give you a new free pizza and bring that one back ma’am that’s not free you’re replacing your mistake, second, that’s not a good response when you want me to waste time and gas. It’s okay, I’ll be taking it up with corporate Monday. Thank you Maira, for your poor service complaint skills and choice of words. You lost my business and I order from here frequently, enjoy your day!

This store is absolutely horrible. Ordered three pizzas. Got almost home, decided to take a bite of one- opened the box and the pizza was eaten on. There was a a noticable size of the pizza gone. Went back to the store to rectify the situation and asked for some wings and a beverage for the messup. They REFUSED…. How can you not do that and said you could only replace the pizza. Worst serve EVER not to mention I found a long black hair in my pizza. And when I called to complain Mida the “manager” decided to debate about the color of the hair and take they only had brown hair not black. So when I went to pick up my replacement she was there with her long dark hair and NO HAIR NET. There were three other customers and I let her know that I called in the replacement order. I then had to wait another 15 mins before she put my pizza in the oven. I got my order after everyone has left the store. I would never order from this store again. The one on Abrams is WAY better.
