Normally my favorite location up until recently. I always order online so that my pizza can be freshly made which has been perfect up until like a month ago. I get an old pizza that’s been sitting in the hot box. Today I purchased online and went to pick up and checked the pizza before leaving and informed the manager that I wanted a fresh pizza. She told me every pizza that’s ordered online Is made fresh and told me would make another one if I liked and I said yes. Upon waiting a few minutes and getting a new pizza I saw that that too was old and had been sitting in hot box. I order here at least twice a week and know the difference between a fresh and an old pizza! Do not order from get if you want a fresh pizza! Sometimes you will get it and sometimes you won’t.

I hope everyone is having a wonderful New Year and being safe. I thought I would leave a comment since I was up pretty late I decided to stop and get a large the service was excellent the young gentleman who took my order he was very helpful and polite I’m not complaining but I usually don’t stop at Little Caesars but I was close by my experience was worth it the food was great and also very fresh. The young gentleman was trained very well. We was very satisfied with the service. Thank you very much God bless and Happy New Year.

Horrible experience. The food look like discussing. Just because it’s 1 hour before you close this is what you do. Like tell the customer you don’t want to prepare the order. I torn the pizza apart to show its 1 under cooked, 2 its old cheese from today. Just not a good look for Little Caesar’s. The real Caesar would die.

Thought customer service was going to be excellent but boy I was wrong! Ordered pepperoni pizza puffs for my son. Cashier told me it would be 10 minutes because they had to “make it from scratch”. Sent my son in twice to get the order and they told him “just a couple of more minutes “. Went in the 3rd time and the cashier said “they just put it in” So you mean to tell me now that 20 minutes passed by you just figured out they never put the order in?! No apology or NOTHING! All he has was a smirk on his face as if something was funny! I will never return to this location! Stop hiring these young kids that don’t want to work and just want to stand around! This was very unprofessional and unnecessary!
