This is just shameful, you know you burnt the damn bread but instead of fixing your mistake you just stick it in the pizza portal anyways. SMH just disgraceful!!!!! Little Caesars has definitely became the worse in my eyes.

I picked up their super Fanceroni Pepperoni Pizza that they advertise has more than 100 pieces of Pepperoni, and our pizza, minus one small piece, had 44 pieces of Pepperoni. When I got home and my husband counted, I called the store and they said they don’t go by the app, or count the pieces they only use a scoop and that there was nothing they could do.
The young woman who answered the phone the two times that I called was laughing and talking to one of the other employees in Spanish.
This is a rip off! Sauce half full.. Ugh!
Please go out of your way to avoid this location.
I was going to drive back over, but my husband has a men’s meeting tonight and I don’t have the time it would take to go back and let them count the pieces.
I had eaten one small piece before leaving the area. I could not have eaten 50 pieces, more like 5 or 6.

Love the convenience of just picking up a cheese pizza or pepperoni on the go. Just needs more parking, sometimes having to go twice around to park. Everything else is fine.

I had an absolutely terrible experience at this Little Caesars location. I placed an order at 7:01 PM and didn’t receive my pizza until 8:15 PM over an hour of waiting for a single item. I watched multiple Hispanic customers walk in and leave with their orders while I sat in the parking lot waiting going in and out for updates, I was never giving a timeframe I also received a email stating my pizza was ready at 7:20.When I asked for an update, the cashier named Juan was extremely rude, dismissive, and nonchalant. His attitude was distasteful and came off as blatantly racist.
No apology was offered, no attempt to rectify the situation just complete disregard for my time and dignity. It was clear that customer service is not a priority at this location. The staff did not care how they made people feel, and I left feeling disrespected and angry.
This is not just about a pizza. It’s about how people are treated, and I refuse to be silent about it. I have recorded the situation and will be reporting it to corporate and speaking with my attorney. I highly do not recommend this location. They need to be held accountable.

On June 28 at this location I ordered a classic with some crazy bread. My bread was over cook I told the lead or supervisor that can I get some fresh bread she give me attitude and she told me I should’ve told them early to take the bread out i didn’t know it was option to get it crispy… but that she had a attitude so I told her just give me my refund for the bread.. I could have be rude… EVERYBODY DONT LIKE HARD BREAD

We ordered through the app to pick up at the pizza portal.When it was time to pick up our order. Someone else had taken our order.There excuses were you gave your code to someone they took it,and you got hacked.(I requested for them to check the cameras)They refused a refund you or remake the order.While we were trying to get this resolved.Two people were having trouble with the code the employee had to open the pizza portal through her side.The 2nd customers order wasn’t even in the pizza portal,even though on the customers app said it was ready.Its been a week an we still haven’t gotten a refund.This wasn’t just a $5 pizza.This was $37 dollars worth of food.The management here needs to be audited.They have poor customer service skills.(Bay or Bae)the manager at the time was on the phone with Miriam another manager they just told us they would check the cameras and call us.I know they just told us this to get us to leave.This is just a heads up about this place.
