Little Caesars is a great place to have a pizza on a budget. Service is a touch and go. Kids are trying to do their best in serving the community. This is a generation that lives in virtual worlds that lacks customer service. However, be patient with them. Melissa waited on me today, 5/15. She was patient with me, my card and Apple Pay that wouldn’t work. But she shined like the star and did her duty and I got my pizza! Got a hot and ready through the drive thru the lady was rude cause they supposedly don’t allow drive up orders anymore unless it’s online. There are no signs anywhere that say that. I always used the drive thru for hot and ready pizzas. Got my pizza it wasn’t very hot there was like no sauce on it and it was hard. The crazy bread was fresh and good though.

Bought 2 hot and ready, bread didn’t rise. Tastes old like it’s been in thr hot oven for a couple hours at least. Really dry. I also ordered a ranch side it was spoiled. Didn’t know until it hit Mt mouth and about the third chew. Needless to say It emptied my stomach and lost my appetite. The customer service here is poor in drive thru and front desk. Employees will look you dead in your face and walk away (evening crew ). Right now the employees are all in the back talking but no one I’d saying “ we’ll be right with you.” I know we’re in a “panini” but bad customer service sucks all around. Please Do better.

Only 1 star,but should be zero. Rude and unprofessional ! Any establishment that provides food service should train their staff about customer service. The young girl on shift 7/6/23 @4pm should be ashamed of herself. Worried about where customers park and refusing service is beyond me. By the way I was the only customer and was refused service.

The pizza is good. But the wait time is terrible. It took 30 minutes from start to pickup. I ordered in store and they started cooking 20 minutes after I ordered. There was no line at all.
