I am extremely disappointed with my experience at the Little Caesar’s in 714 N Galloway in Mesquite. I purchased cheese pizzas for my grandbabies, and what we received was unacceptable. The pizzas were undercooked, doughy, and honestly looked unappetizing and unsafe to eat. This is basic quality control, and it should never have left the store like that.

What made the experience worse was how I felt treated in the store. I noticed other customers being helped quickly while I felt ignored and dismissed, which left me uncomfortable and concerned about the way I was being treated. No customer should walk away feeling that way.

I will not be returning to this location. I expect better food quality, professionalism, and respect for every customer,

Perhaps this location is overlooked or the local demand is less than other locations (i.e. Forney, Forney, and always Forney) but with frequent visits here recently due to Delivery/PickUp service, orders have been completed early OR ON-TIME!
(NOTE TO DELIVERY DRIVERS: There is no wiggle room for procrastination here if you’re providing delivery services because every visit has been “Ready for Pickup” sooner than expected, in all my experiences.
Staff: Quick, short but courteous! Plus, the ORDER IS DOUBLE-CHECKED BEFORE CUST./DRIVER leaves in the most old-school kind of customer satisfaction guaranteed way: by opening each box and verifying items were made according to order details!
Great teamwork and management to outshine locations with way more staff (with way more chaos)!

I ordered a Detroit deep dish pizza. I ordered it through the website and loved it. Made it so convenient. The pizza was very good. We had half pepperoni and half Italian sauage. Will definitely order again.

Little Ceasars sent me an email saying they could not put my order in the portal but the male employee told me to put in a code. I explained I did not get one in the email. This employee interrupted me a couple of times, wanting me to verify my name. He still wouldn’t listen to me about the no code email. On top of it all, I ordered wings and they didn’t even bother to give it to me.

This is ridiculous. All the pizzas were not cut all the way threw. Had a bottom burnt thin crust that was supposed to be the upgrade extra most bestest. $11 for that terrible product. $36 all together and I’ve never been so disappointed! Hardly any cheese crust is broken up all you see is sauce and I counted only 36 pepperoni. But whatch they probably will tell me just to come and pick up a new one! After I paid and spent my gas at $4.10 a gallon! Not worth getting dissatisfied twice!

I ordered the Italian bread. The bread tasted funny like uncooked dough. I opened a piece and it was raw. I called this place to inform them the oven might not be working properly but whoever answered hung up on me.

I went to this location yesterday (4/15/24) and waited 15 minutes for an online order, which told me it was ready. It was not. I’m attaching a picture of this sausage pizza I ordered. This pizza was just bad, mostly bread, and couldn’t even up the sauce and cheese. It looked like a first grader made this pizza. There was no care or quality control.
