Customer service awful. Staff very rude , and unprofessional. My order was done online. Food look thrown together . Incorrect order . Items were missing .
Staff not helpful . No matter what time it is or who is there customer service is your number one responsibility.

Usually we have had great experience here. Our pizza we picked up today literally was missing the cheese. Didn’t notice until already home (my husband picked up and ate. I woke up and noticed no cheese. He just kept saying that pizza was terrible… husbands). No one has answered the phone for the last hour.
ETA They offered to make another once I finally got them on the phone. I declined since we kind of already ate. I added cheese and warmed up.

I’ve tried calling the Little Caesars location at 310 S Clark Rd in Duncanville multiple times during business hours, and no one ever answers the phone. I even confirmed the number and checked their hours, but the issue persists.This makes it difficult to ask about order status, resolve issues, or confirm availability—especially when online ordering isn’t an option for everyone. I’d appreciate if this could be looked into, as it affects customer service and reliability.

This by far is the worse establishment ever!!! They are rude ! No customer service experience whatsoever! I ordered 5 specialty pizzas on 6/9/25. Just to be told it’s 9:27 pm we don’t take orders past 8:45 pm !! How rude when you clearly close at 10 pm !!! I’ll go the distance before I order here again! Order was completely wrong. I ordered over $60 worth of food. The manager wouldn’t even speak to me to try and correct the order. Pizza was still under cooked and was not what I ordered.

My son ordered pizza from here thru door dash. Now I have been sitting at the hospital for more than 5 hours due to food poisoning. Both my other two family member who had the pizza got sick but since he consumed more of it, symptoms for him were worst. This has officially ruined me even thinking about any little Ceasars locations. Tried contacting a manager about this and no manager was on staff. Did make the complain thru door dash too. I’ll be calling the consumer health division about this.

I’ve tried contacting this Little Caesars location multiple times over the past two days, calling between 2 PM and 7 PM, but no one ever answers the phone. When I finally spoke to someone in person and asked if their phone was broken, they assured me it wasn’t. Clearly, they just choose not to answer.
Tonight, I decided to visit the location in person, arriving 35 minutes before closing because I still couldn’t reach them by phone, even after trying around 8 PM. When I walked in, I was told the kitchen was already closed.
For such a nice location in a great area, the service here is incredibly disappointing. It feels like a waste of space given the lack of customer service and reliability.

Got coupons in the mail, they won’t honor them. Same pizza costed $3 more in person than online. I would have ordered online in the first place, but I wanted to use the coupon which stated in-store only. Ugh.

They have messed up SEVERAL of my orders!! I’m a vegetarian i ordered cheese and was given pepperoni. When I order through door dash the never give me the marinara sauce that I pay for!!! FINAL STRAW WAS TODAY, I ORDERED A VEGGIE PIZZA AND MY PIZZA HAS NO DAMN SAUCE, like how is tht even possible
