I found a long black hair underneath my pizza. I called and spoke with the manager and who was very rude. I was struggling to find the order number, as I never received a confirmation email after ordering delivery directly through the website. She was rushing me the entire time after I had kindly asked her to give me a moment to find the order number. She expressed to me that she is unable To issue a refund with without the order number, when she had only given me about 15 to 20 seconds to look for it. She said she had other customers to take care of. Again, she barely gave me anytime to look for the order number. After finding it she just said “your refund has been issued.” She didn’t confirm the amount, whether it was partial or full, until asked. She also never even apologized for the gross inconvenience. I’m really disappointed with the manager at this location. I will be filling out the survey via email as well.

Grew up in Richardson and I’ve ordered at this Little Caesar’s plenty of times. I stop by to bring pizza to my child daycare pretty often. Today I was already at the window when I saw the sign at the window saying to please order at the drive-thru speaker. As I read it the lady passed by once and then again to open the window. I told her oh I’m sorry I just saw the sign and she responded that I needed to place my order this way and go back around. I was a little taken aback. Especially since I’m already there and this little Caesar’s just got this speaker. So I asked can I place my order here since I’m already here? And she responded that I needed to go back around and place my order this way. So I go back around hesitant because I have an hour lunch and I’m trying to take pizza to my child’s daycare. Yes I was frustrated and gave her my order quickly and pulled around to the window. After I payed she said it will take about 5-7 minutes and that I needed to go around, park my car and wait then come back around to the window. I was already flustered by her earlier request and asked if this was something new because I had never been asked this. She said the owners wanted it this way and that she didn’t mind if I waited there but that she had a timer as to how long it took them. All of this is new to me. So I do go back and wait. This was around 12:05-12:16pm today 01/09. Not sure if she was having a bad day and it was my first time seeing her. If she’s not happy working there, she doesn’t need to take it out on me. Check your cameras you’ll see my car loop around twice as she requested. Sadly this is the closest Little Caesar’s to me.

The pizza dough might as well be one atom thick in places (see pictured) – so thin that the cheese and pepperoni just slid off the pizza slice on a part of it when picked up. The price has gotten much higher over time and the quality has dropped significantly at the same time. Pizza is a lot saltier than it used to be, it feels like the company is trying to make up for the lack of quality by just adding more salt.

I took the cheese off the pizza. This is uncooked dough. On top of all that I ordered green pepper and mushroom. I got onions and canned mushrooms. Disgusting
I decided to give this place another try and again they have failed. I don’t know how they even stay open. I understand that marinara sauce does not come with a crazy bread or the little teeny tiny pizzas. I did pay for two sides of marinara sauce. When I went to pick up my order they handed me one container 1/4 full of marinara sauce. I asked him if I was supposed to get another one since I ordered two. The guy said oh yeah and passed me another container 1/4 full of marinara sauce. I’m not trying to be unreasonable at all but if you’re going to charge somebody for something then they should receive what you charge them for. Let’s not even talk about quality.

They didn’t give us our food ignored us and didn’t even ask what order we had they made us wait 20 min and lots of people came in and went out. They made our food and didn’t even give it to us when it was ready.

I called to order 4 pizzas, and the girl who answered the phone was rude as hell and kept asking “Is that all?” after I told her each pizza I wanted. She said the order would be ready in 20–25 minutes.
When I got there, I noticed the women making the pizzas were just chatting it up like they didn’t have customers waiting for their food. This wasn’t the first time I saw this—they were just standing around talking while people waited.
Then I got to the register, and the teen boy working there said they didn’t have any order under my name. He asked if I was sure I placed the order at the correct location with a smug look, and I assured him I did. When he asked who I spoke to, I told him it was a girl. So, I had to wait an additional 20 minutes for my food to be ready.
I tried to give this place a second chance after the last time I ordered online and had to wait 20 extra minutes for my food as well. But with the rude phone service, the slow preparation, and the staff just chatting instead of working, I don’t recommend this place at all.
If you enjoy long waits, bad attitudes, and people practicing their social skills instead of making pizza, this is definitely the spot for you.
