I go here a lot. My kid loves pizza. The breadsticks are not so great. Sometimes the quality of the pizza is inconsistent. Nonetheless, it’s good pizza at an affordable price.

I go here from time to time and I don’t really have any complaints other than that they don’t have the “pizza portal” like other locations do, but it’s not that big of a deal. Food is good and customer service is excellent, very friendly. I did a large order of 11 pizzas a few days ago and there were no mistakes. Would recommend.

I haven’t been to LC in years, but the last couple of times I’ve visited, the young lady with the glasses always has an attitude. The only reason I came by was to try the New Pretzel Pizza, which was good. However, bc she got my order WRONG, I waited over 30 mins for one pizza. No, sorry ma’am, my bad, we threw in some cheese bread for your wait, NOTHING! She works both the front counter & drive-thru. This is why I rarely eat fast food.

Horrible service. I called and placed an order of 5 pizzas, I was told it would be about 15 minutes, I was ready to pay and the girl said it was only cash. But when I placed the order they did not bother to tell me that the card reader wasn’t working I showed up to pick up my order. I asked why didn’t they mention that when I placed the order I could have stopped at the ATM. The girl at the window did not say a word just looked lost.

The only reason they even have 1 star is because they make you choose. This place deserves no stars, plus an extra ! We are very regular customers here. Every week we order the exact same pizza, so you would think they could at least get it right one time. NO! Thin crust, pepperoni pizza w/ extra sauce. My husband is a gastric patient so he his food has to be extra saucy and they have been explained this over and over and over, but they still do what they want. We got a pizza on this past Thursday and there was absolutely NO SAUCE on the pizza PERIOD! BURNT! Just an over all nasty experience. We tried calling back up there to let them know, but noone would answer the phone at all. The next morning we spoke to Pedro and he assured us our next pizza would be done properly and he gave us a refund. Well, we went back for the pizza and the guy made it handtossed, with light sauce. I guess we can’t win them all. We will not be returning. It is such a convenience after a hard days work, but it isn’t worth losing our money for trashy food.

I do not like to give negative reviews, but this place was abysmal. I was very excited at first because they have a drive through! But when they opened the window to take my order, I was greeted not with the smell of fresh pizza, but with an overpowering odor or STALE CIGARETTES! I made the mistake of placing an order anyway. I ordered 3 pepperoni pizzas and paid, and was directed to pull on through and circle back around in 10 minutes to pick up my pizza. Cool. 10 minutes later I circled back around again, and was handed 2 lukewarm boxes of pizza. I informed the lady who handed them to me that I had ordered 3, and she looked at me like I was the dumbest man in the world. Then she went and got me another lukewarm pizza. Like if you weren’t making my pizza hot and ready as advertised, why did I have to wait 10 minutes to get my pizza!? I would never go here again. EVER. Not even if it was free.
