I tried to contact corporate but no one reached out to me. The customer service was bad and the pizza was bad (almost raw on the inside and burnt on the outside) I’m frustrated because I usually like little Caesars. Look at the pics and see for yourself

They cant cook an Italian cheese bread all the way or the pizza. An absolute refusal to cook. Not covered in cheese in the middle, super light all around, just dough on the bottom for a pepperoni pizza, tastes of uncooked dough. Tried telling me I can trade for another pepperoni pizza and showed me one that had raw pepperoni on it. They won’t simply put the pizza in longer to cook it all the way. So I paid for a pepperoni pizza and cheese bread. I got some pizza toppings of cheese and pepperoni and an Italian cheese bread that’s only cooked on the outside bit.
How can you not tell when you have undercooked pizza to the point of it being just dough still and raw pepperoni on a pizza? The pepperoni shouldn’t be see though and pink… Whoever gets that one won’t even be able to eat the toppings on it.. pointed it out and the guy said that’s normal and they’ll all come out the same. No he can’t cook them any longer..
I’m stunned. I didn’t pay for pizza toppings I paid for a pizza.
I expected at the very least for it to be cooked. Eight months pregnant and hangry ☹️

Price gouging to the MAX. I ordered a hot and ready pepperoni. If adding jalapeños to that makes it go from 6.99 to 9.99 that is a $3 difference and it’s something that should not take a long time to find out. When I placed my order and asked what the price would be after tax for a hot and ready minus the jalapeños and it was about eight dollars. I figured the total should not be more than $10 for adding the jalapeños. However, the total was $10.81 which led me to be confused as to why it was so much to add jalapeños.
I then asked for a new pizza to be made for a classic pepperoni hot and ready to just pay $6.99 and I was denied. Then I asked for the refund for my $10 pizza that I had purchased and I was also denied. I then was told to leave a review and called the little Caesar hotline to complain, but there was nothing that they could do because they were about to close even though it was 10:41 PM and I was still in the store. I went ahead and let them know. I did not want the pizza and to give it to the group of teenagers behind me. I walked out, got in my car to reverse and noticed that the worker (who did not give me his name when I asked) refused to give the young man the pizza. I had to go back inside grab the pizza and give it to the group of boys.
I am now at Domino’s, which I should have come to in the first place however, I thought ordering little Caesars would be convenient. It is unfortunate to know that staff that lack professionalism and honesty reside in an establishment that has been around for such a long time. I really hope y’all can do better.

I can’t remember the last time I got pizza here but I was in the area and craving pizza. I ordered a Supreme pizza and crazy bread and the Crazy Puffs 4 cheese. Everything was really good, no complaints.

Five Stars…..I can’t believe it either. Twenty years ago, Little Caesars was my go to for pizza. As I became older and had other options, I totally forgot about them. For whatever strange reason, I craved it today. Here is a quick sidebar. I read the reviews 1st, and I was worried. Most of the reviews gave a 2 star or below rating. Well, I wanted to see for myself. My experience was fabulous. Good customer service, the pizza was hot and fresh, and at an affordable price. I feel, I found my new spot for pizza:) Great job Little Caesars….Pizza Pizza. Lol

Ordered 4 pizzas, 3 with sausage, 1 with pepperoni. They put beef on them again instead of sausage. They said they ran out of sausage. This is the 2nd time this same employee has done this. I asked him why didn’t he call to see if I wanted something else or to see if I was allergic, he said he did not have my number. Mind you, during checkout online the system “requires” a phone number to be entered! He has terrible customer service. I don’t believe I will be going back on the days or times he is working. They need to release him if he doesn’t want to do his job properly.

We have been to several locations and this one by far makes the best quality and taste. The one in Allen and the one off independence are closer to me but we drive out of the way just cause of the better taste! The other locations over cook the breadsticks and the pizza is dry but the team off Eldorado really take pride in doing it right.
