Since then, I have ordered 5 or 6 times, usually ICB, pepperoni puffs and thin pepperoni. The pizza is usually fine, the puffs also, but the ICB is always a disaster. The last order was a few days ago. I ordered the new Detroit Style Slices & Sticks. We ordered 2, they were burnt, black on the sides, were dry with no garlic butter on the sticks, should have expected that. I am so disappointed I cannot tell you. I love LS, but the one in Coppell is the bottom of the barrel.
Went back on Friday Feb. 6, got a thin pepperoni (very good), crazy bread (very good) and the slices and sticks, BURNT AND DRY AGAIN.
First visit: three of the four cheesy jalapeño sauces I purchased had visible mold. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and returned.
Second visit (same order as before: cheese/pepperoni pizza, extra sauce, well done): I placed my order in-store and was told 15 minutes. Instead, I waited a full hour. After 40 minutes, the manager admitted he forgot my order and had only made one pizza. When I reminded him, he questioned me until I went to my car, retrieved my receipt, and proved I had ordered two pizzas. Only then did he finish the second pizza, which took another 20 minutes.
The worst part? After all that waiting, my order was still incorrect. Both pizzas came out as plain cheese and pepperoni with no extra sauce at all, exactly as if they had just pulled ready-made pizzas instead of preparing them as ordered. When I asked for replacement sauces due to the prior mold issue, the manager was dismissive, visibly annoyed, and scoffed “just take them.”
The store itself was clean, but management is disorganized and customer service is terrible. Staff yelled and cursed at each other in front of customers during my wait, making the environment even more unprofessional.
Bottom line: this location consistently fails on food quality, order accuracy, and basic customer service. Expect long waits, wrong orders, and poor management if you come here.
A restaurant that advertises “ready to go” should actually have food ready. At this point, I’d rather pay extra at Pizza Hut than waste my time here.
