Although the call center that took my original order placed it incorrectly, it was nothing for Jacie and Ariel to make it right! They were amazing and the customer service I received from them was top tier! Kudos to these two for making it worth the stop. We travel in a semi and it’s not very easy to maneuver in and out of places in an 18 wheeler so when we got the wrong pizza and hit the road, only to open it and bite into a slice with cheese sauce instead of marinara sauce, it was immediate disappointment. They didn’t hesitate to make me a new one and were so apologetic for something that wasn’t even their fault!!

We were very happy with the assistant manager. Ariel greeted us with a smile. Our order was pretty good size so we had to wait, while waiting, my wife decided to purchase an order of wings to enjoy while we wait and Ariel was nice enough to offer us the wings for our wait! A1 customer service from Ariel for acknowledging our wait time in the quick manner that she did!

This was a typical little ceasars. However having moved here from Michigan 6 weeks ago, it was a comforting little piece of home! The pizza and bread sticks tasted as I expected, delicious!
I have myself 5 stars for service because I used no contact pickup and helped myself!
My only complaint is that my garlic butter and marinara weren’t in the box.

Ordered to wrong location and the app has no cancel or edit options. Attempted to cancel order on call for 30 minutes and never got through to a real person. The pizza is ready and can’t be cancelled anymore, so I can’t get a refund (checked the cancellation terms). Had to give it away to someone I knew nearby.

The rude woman cutting the pizza was looking everywhere BUT the pizza. Not a huge deal but come on. Then they had no sauce for the bread sticks. They should have told me that because then I would not have even ordered them. They taste pretty gross without the sauce.

They didnt have anything ready I didnt mind waiting for fresh pizza. I ordered 3 pizza and only 1 was worth eating the other 2 was burnt and very oily half the crust was thin and the other half was thick crust amd no I didnt order it that way

Call 4 times and now answer, so I see pizzas hot and ready 4-8pm; I arrive and I’m informed that no pizzas are ready and they simply DO NOT ANSWER the phone- so I have to wait for the pizza to cook and I get home only to find my pizza is barely cooked and barely cut so when you try to take it apart it turns into a hot greasy torn apart mess.
