I never knew Angels worked at pizza places, but I have to say every time I come in here. The customer service is amazing this time tonight top it completely. The Angel behind the desk help dust drastically with our pizza. Words cannot describe what a blessing it was in a much needed time like this. I read in the comments raging about a person who’s first language wasn’t English, but she took care of me and she was easily understood. So that one is false and not true. I called my order in, they said 15 minutes and I picked it up in 10. It looked clean and the employees seem to work well together. Thank you so much for making my dinner easier!

When I placed my order, there was only 1 other customer there. Was told 15 min. Waited, went back in and not ready. After 10 min, asked again. I asked several more times. Finally, received 45 minutes later after asking again. During this time, at least 15 people came and went. Unfortunately, a lot of their order were mixed up. This was the first day for guy at counter. Manger should have been there or more training.

I really like the food there, there is no complains on that but on cleanliness it is not good. Sometimes the place is dirty and the employees are not good with their personal hygiene. If those two things changed I would rate it a 5.

Waited in line only for the new people that came in behind me to be helped before me. And when I was the only one left, the worker went to the back, and I yelled, ma’am real loud but she kept on going she commenced to buttering breadsticks, and after I made myself known, she said, I’ll be with you in a minute, sir. And I told her, I was just wondering if they had any Pizza that wasn’t spoken for that was ready, it didn’t matter what kind. They did have one ready , and what should have been a two minute transaction turned into a fifteen minute transaction. I let her know about her rude behavior and I also let her know that a one star review was coming her way . 10-18-25 7:00 p.m.

3 deep dish pizzas, all completely raw. Has happened before and lots of comments mention raw/undercooked dough. Went back to the store and showed the completely raw pizzas, waited for them to cook 3 more deep dish pizzas. The new 3 pizzas had ALL COMPLETELY RAW DOUGH AGAIN!!!!!

All I wanted to do was change the pickup time. It took 15 minutes to get somebody to answer, her accent was so thick I had to have her keep repeating herself and she had to have me repeat myself multiple times. She put me on hold for almost 15 minutes before just hanging up on me. I now decided to just cancel it if that’s how you run that location. It took 30 minutes to cancel an order. I had to continuously call before they would finally get with management (whom I’M apparently not allowed to talk to) and I was repeatedly put on hold for extended periods of time. Why do you hang up on people when they want to change the pick up time? Why do you hang up on people when they try to cancel? I’m posting this all over everything social media. I WANT to ruin the business at the Shawnee location in Muskogee. You have obviously staffed it with nothing but incompetence.

Update 4/26/2025 today the pizza was so gross i got home looked at the pizza and it was hardly any sauce or cheese or pepperonis on it sad day was flimsy tasted like they got it out of the dumpster yeah dumpster pizza….this is not good plus the guy was rude as hell and said they didnt have all the ingredients and or no breadsticks either.

I have noticed over the past 5 or 6 years the pizza isn’t as great as it used to be. But for the price was good. But the last couple months it tastes like the sauce they use is more sour and they burn almost every pizza I buy.

Manager Anita was very rude to us. They advertise on their door and inside they sell pretzel crust pizza. So we ordered and manager states they don’t make that their. My husband said well why do you advertise it then. Manager says well we don’t have any crust made up. My husband goes ahead and orders the pretzel crust. She throws an attitude and and makes the crust. She said it will be 12 minutes til done. So 12 minutes is up, he goes in to pay and asked for some parmesan cheese. Manager states we don’t have any and we don’t give out to customers. Husband asks well can I have some from back she rudely says.. NO..okay? So he pays and leaves. I open the pizza box and I said man that sure is a lot of salt all over our pizza. So we take the pizza back and said this is not right. The salt is all over the pizza not on crust. She throws him an attitude. He said I want my money back, that’s not right. Anita said well I’m throwing your pizza away anyways and she throws the pizza away infront of my husband. So he takes his money and leaves. We will never return to little Caesars until they clean up that store and employees. That was so pathetic to be treated so rudely. I do not RECOMMEND THIS STORE OR FOOD. 500 THUMDS DOWN.. We called the other stores and they said the salt goes on the crust not the pizza. The Manager? Was being deceitful because she had to make the crust.

I tried to call in a pickup order. After going through the phone tag and being pushed into using their app, a person finally answered the phone. This person was one of the most low energy people I have ever spoken to on the phone. Not only did they mumble, but I could tell English was not their first language. I eventually got frustrated and hung up. We ended up driving there and waiting for our order to be ready. While it’s not the best pizza, it’s not bad. So, I guess if we happen to be going by on our way home, we may stop to get a pizza.
