We live an hour away & we’re missing Little Caesars. This trip was TERRIBLE, the pizzas had too much sauce & were burnt. One of them was completely wrong, we ordered pretzel crust & got burnt stuffed crust.

To start off, the pizzas here are great for the price. So good I spent my last $16 on getting some pizza ordered online for my family. However, it wasn’t just pizza that this came with. It also came with a side of waiting and incompetence. I open the pizza portal when I get there and it’s empty. I approach the first employee I see and explained that my pizza wasn’t there. Nothing. I approach the second employee that I see. Still nothing. I finally approach the third employee who tells me that there’s a bunch of new employees working and he remade my pizzas. I do appreciate him getting it taken care of. However, I recommend management really look in the mirror to see why turnover is happening at such a high rate that Friday dinner rush is all new employees. Don’t get me wrong, I will still love Little Caesar’s. But the added hour of waiting was not acceptable and I will absolutely be eating my pizza with a frown on my face.

Food is generally decent. It’s not Papa John’s or Marco’s level but it’s a step up from CiCis Buffet. For the price, you really cannot complain. My only issue is that every now and then, they will give me a regular cheese pizza instead of an extra cheese that I paid for. But when they do get it right, man, is it loaded in cheese!
The service comes from constant changeover in staff/mgt. Sometimes, they are rolling just fine and others, it can take well over an hour (especially if they are busy) and that’s even ordering the right the app and using the portal for pickup.

The establishment was a little hard to find. However, the overall experience was exceptional. From the time the wife and I arrived, we were greeted with respect and with that we felt welcomed. I don’t remember the guy’s name, but his customer service was exceptional.
We placed a to go order (for my grandsons 5th birthday party) for later pickup. Of course, we were running behind on picking up our pizza. He had everything ready and even remembered who we were and started pulling the pizza from the warmer as we walked in.
The party went off without any issues and want to thank all the staff of Little Ceasers for making it all possible.

This place has the worst service and longest wait time ever. It doesn’t matter if you place online or go in the wait will be 40 min to an hour. Food is never “hot and ready” and you can clearly see it’s from lack of prep and proper work flow.

The last two times I ordered, I had to wait an hour for two orders of the pizza puffs. This most recent time, a 30 minute wait, and these were the result… terribly unportioned puffs. Go to the one in Tulsa instead. This location is very unreliable.

Sharon did an excellent job! Placed a timed order for 9:30 pm. It was not ready until 9:52. Food was hot and fresh and loaded with cheese. Sharon apologized for the delay. Went above and beyond. I recommend this place but give an extra 20-30

50 minutes for them to make 1 pizza! I ordered it online and it still wasn’t ready when I got to the store! Don’t waist your time and go to Dominoes down the street that has it ready in less than 15 minutes.

The lady there was extremely rude I order online went 20 minutes later to pick it up and it wasn’t done for another 50 minutes so many people left because it was taking to long for a pizza that take 10 minutes to cook don’t recommend this place ever

The absolute worst crazy bread I’ve EVER had in my life. I would have had more flavor if I would’ve just eaten the box. It was like it didn’t have any of the garlic butter and literally ZERO parmesan on it. What is CRAZY about it, is that I got two orders and they were both as bland and dry as the pizza box. When I walked in, there was a dude at the counter who just looked at me without acknowledging my existence, he eventaully wandered around the corner to the back where a lady came out with another customer’s pizza and she then took my order. Will literally NEVER come back to this location. Awful experience and good money absolutely wasted here.
