Ordered the Hawaiian pizza When my husband got home to me, I went to take it out of the box and I noticed that it was a little floppy. I used to work at a pizza place, so I know pizza should not be that floppy And I took a bite out of it, and it was doughy I called the place and The lady I talked to was very rude, However they offered to replace my pizza Which is a good thing, but I live an hour away My husband got home About 10:40 So therefore, when we would’ve got there, they would’ve been closed & I don’t plan on being back to Claremore until I have to take my son to Claremore to OT like they didn’t even offer a refund they just Offered a replacement Like first off if y’all would’ve cooked the order right the first time I would not have had to deal with the replacement But apparently, I’m not the only one who has been having issues with the Pizza being undercooked apparently It’s been happening for a while now, so I think they might need to cook their pizzas longer or at a higher temperature!!

Not only were the staff really rude but this is how I got my pizza not even cut or enough cheese for the whole pizza honestly disappointed. They were also hitting there vape in the back and sharing it with the store manager! They asked me three times to spell my name and still got it wrong somehow.

The Claremore, OK branch stays busy. The pizza chef Carl whipps out pizzas like there’s no tomorrow. Fast and friendly. The managers usually have an attitude but the staff are super friendly and helpful. They would be up a creek if they lost the guys in the kitchen. The food quality has really improved over the last month or so in presentation and speed. Whoever hired the night cook ought to be thanked. That boy sure can sling some pies.

The 5 meat pizza had lots of meat more than normal but barely had any pizza sauce or cheese. The dough was chewy today like it was undercooked. On paper the stuffed crust pretzel pizza looks good but it’s very dry and not enough cheese or sauce. Next time you guys need to do better. We ate it but it wasn’t as good as normal so you get 2 stars today.

Terrible service. The best service I got was from the pizza portal. The pizza was unevenly cooked and last time it was raw and I had to cook it more. Place looked nasty, and you could legit squeeze the grease out of the bread sticks. The wings were obviously old and burnt, probably been sitting in the warmer all day.

This Little Caesars is no longer good at all!! Took a chance today to get a most bestest pepperoni pizza – it had been awhile. I watched them put in the portal, so I don’t know if it was sitting somewhere else first or what, but when I got it home it was like it was hours old – not fresh looking or tasting at all. Lots of pepperoni but what little bit of cheese was on it was burnt, and crust was hard – not good at all. Pizza is barely edible… One gal with Minnie ears dancing around and singing, while the woman at the counter was helpful but looked upset and the guy who put my pizza in portal was friendly – told me thank you and have a nice day. I used to love Little Caesars pizza, and last time at Claremore I had a good pizza, but today it was nasty!! Please do better!!

The food is usually good I got a lunch combo today and a starry went inside got my food from the pizza portal and grabbed a manzanita sol apple juice expired Jan 26 of 2026 I was wandering why it was sour cause it’s expired it is apple juice please just check and see if the drinks are expired or not only reason I put starry on my order is because they don’t have the other drinks I prefer in the app I ordered February 2nd

I have come probably a dozen times in the last year. I slowly seen the service get better and better, yesterday was by far the most organized and clean I have seen the place. Service was prompt and I was greeted upon entering, I hope management can keep this going.
