If I could rate it less than 1 star I would. Why would you as a cashier say 5 minute wait then we end up waiting 30 minutes for 2 pizzas that taste like it was sitting all day smh. HORRIBLE.

Staff was disrespectful and rude, when I asked why it took 30 minutes for a cheesy bread stick box. Staff argued with me, and told me if I didn’t want to wait, don’t come there no more, go somewhere else. Terrible service.

The first guy that was at the counter to take my order was very rude. I didn’t even get a chance to say a word before he said a rude comment and literally walked away from the counter. The girl that was helping a customer at the drive up window finished and came over to take my order. She was nice.

Ordered here online for delivery with door dash, wait about an hour for the pizza to get here, and when it does it’s the wrong order. Which granted normally wouldn’t be too big of a deal because at most places you just call and get a new one sent to you that’s the correct order. Not here though, they only do refunds and you have to wait 7-10 days before seeing the money hit the account, and to make matters worse the pizza itself that came looks like they had it sitting under the oven to keep it warm for atleast a week with how old it is. (i’ve also eaten here before and that’s just about how every hot and ready pizza they have is.) Anyways though, given all of that, I don’t think this is a general Little caesars problem, just this locations service problem.
