Just picked up a hot and ready cheese pizza and crazy bread. I should have looked before I left the drive through. The pizza is entirely burnt and is like cardboard. Must have been sitting for hours. The crazy bread is way undercooked. Totally white. The sauce is cold from the refrigerator.

I’m not one to complain about companies but this Little Caesars (119th & May) needs someone who actually knows how to cook a pizza all the way through. We went to the other location on May several months back and were amazed how good our pizza was.
Tonight we decided to go with this location off 119th and May and give them another chance because before the pizza wasn’t fully cooked nor was the crazy bread. We had to put them both in the oven to finish cooking it.
Well, tonight we got 2 different pizzas and I set it for 5 o’clock pick up and following the cook time on their app. My husband left 10 minutes after it went in the oven supposedly. He got home we opened it up and the pizza wasn’t cooked all the way through and was cold yet again. We could taste the dough when you ate it. The crust had no brown like it should when it’s cooked properly. Only good thing was the crazy bread was actually cooked all the way. Pretty disappointed and we will never go back to this location. If you want cooked pizza I mean completely cooked pizza DO NOT go here! The one at 4702 S. May is MUCH better and Now I know why they’re always so busy inside and the drive thru.

This place used to be our cheap junk food night place, but since the online app became available, we end up getting the pizza much fresher than walking in. And the quality of pizza is higher than even a year or two ago.
The staff have always been courteous and the store clean. The drive thru sign needs to be fixed up.

My family and I always call and order a large pepperoni pizza with easy sauce and an order of Crazy Bread. We ask if they could make the Crazy Bread fresh and the answer is ALWAYS yes. The pizza comes out fresh along with the Crazy Bread!

Really poor customer service. Never has any ready to go pizzas or breadsticks especially during lunch time which should be the lunch time rush. Workers seemed not to care if they were losing business or to keep customers and get food done in a timely manner. Told us it would be a 25-minute wait for a hot and ready pizza.
