This little Cesar’s never ceases to amaze me lol a few weeks ago I ordered in advance. When I arrived they attempted to give me the wrong pizzas. I advised them they weren’t mine. They accidentally gave mine away. Asked me to wait 20 min and they would remake mine. I waited 30 min to go inside and then tell me I can have a refund due to them dropping my pizzas on the floor. Last night my daughter picked up 3 pizzas that were not what we ordered or how we ordered, plus there were big holes in the pizzas.

I mean, it’s little Ceasars. There’s not much to expect, but when I’ve gotta wait 2 hours for my food, I’m docking a star, and when they forget a dip and a 2 liter, I dock another. Luckily, I saw I only had 2 of my 3 drinks, so I was able to rectify that (they were out of what I wanted, too), but I got home to find one of my 5 dips missing.
Also, y’all, do not get the pretzel pizza with cheese sauce. It’s like if salt could be salty.

Calm Nature
Kids running a business isn’t exactly a smart decision long wait time as well as cussing and bad humor without regard of customers being in listening distance. Lack of customer walking in ignoring 2 customers for 7 minutes to acknowledge we were even there. Im tired of lack of training and supervision.

I placed an order online for pick up at this location and when we went to pick it up they tried to tell us they didn’t have an order under that name. After verifying we did in fact order there, they continued on that someone had actually already picked up that order. After speaking with the manager she begrudgingly remade our order. Multiple comments were made that this order was already picked up and that’s why it wasn’t there. When I looked at my portal it showed it was picked up 4 minutes after I placed the order. I think employees are lying or not paying close enough attention, but the audacity to try and act like we were lying was unacceptable. When we did receive the pizza, it was cut so ridiculously that one slice was a quarter of the pizza. Very unprofessional.

Very delicious. Great prices. We got a pepperoni pizza, breadsticks, marinara sauce and a 2 liter for $13. Pizza was really good and the breadsticks are now my daughter’s favorite. Tje cashier was very friendly and the 1 to tell us about that deal. Months later I order again for those bite size pizza… oh my so good.

We ordered the pretzel pizza and got this regular crust pizza piled with a bunch of salt to try to hide the fact that it wasn’t even the pretzel crust we paid for. Then I guess they tried to cook it longer to make it look darker.

i placed an order at noon to be ready at 12:45 and it’s now 1:02 and i just watched them start to put the string cheese on my pizza. Unacceptable. i will now be late and my parents are going to verbally harass me for hours on end. horrible customer service, cooks are on their phones. outrageous. mr cesar himself will be hearing about this

Ordered online at 6:45 – one large cheese pizza, crazy bread, Italian cheesy bread, and 2 marinara sauces. I tracked the order and at 6:52 it said it was in the oven and it would be ready between 7:10-7:15. I went through the drive-thru at 7 and they said it would be a 5-10 min wait and to park and they’d bring it out. We waited until 7:15 which was no issue but went in at 7:20 to check on an update and they didn’t get to it until 7:25. We did not get out stuff until 7:35 and they didn’t even give us the marinara sauces that were $2. I understand there were people who had also waited over an hour around us and a couple received refunds and left. There were 3 workers and the manager seemed all over the place and disorganized.

Terrible service for terrible pizza. Wanted something quick and cheap… waited in line for a pizza for 30+ minutes while they served customer after customer that walked inside. This food is not that good to be this terrible of service. I haven’t eaten here in years, and now I’m reminded why.
