IF I COULD GIVE A ZERO I WOULD. I Placed and paid for an order online. It was supposed to be ready and in the portal by 7:30. Recieved message at 7:31 saying I could skip the line and put in my code because it was ready. Walked in the store, lobby is full, and the pizza portal is empty. Wasn’t recognized by any staff until 7:42, was rudely asked what I was waiting on. Watched 8 people go thru the drive thru, and 3 who came in after me oder and recieve their orders. My pizza was cold and there was only sausage on half of my 5 meat pizza. One of the boxes that held one of other items was not even put together correctly so it didnt close properly. To top it all of NO ONE IN THE KITCHEN HAD A PAIR OF GLOVES ON, AND I WATCHED THE ONE MAKING PIZZA, WIPE THEIR HANDS ON THEIR PANTS AFTER THEY PUT THE CHEESE ON AND WITHOUR WASHING THEIR HANDS OR PUTTING GLOVES ON GRABBED A HANDUL OF PEPPORNI TO PUT ON THE PIZZA. THATS DISGUSTING. HEALTH DEPARTMENT SHOULD BE NOTIFIED.

Called up here and they answered but nobody helped me , when I walked in the store I was literally still on the line listening to them work , I sat on the line for 7 min nobody helped me , I was on my way to work so was trying to order fresh pizza but couldn’t then they told me how long it would take when I finally arrived at the store and I had no time to eat today , if you’d have just answered the phone with any of the 7 or 8 people you had working I could have ate some food today

I ordered the Hula Hawaiian® online for $10.00. The pizza was ready when I got there. The pizza isn’t authentic but it had a good amount toppings that taste better than some other chains. The value of what you get for $10.00, makes it 5 stars

If I could give ZERO stars, I would.
I ordered online on the app, on January 28th, 2024. Went to the store and sat at the window for 10 minutes while employees walked by the window, so I had to call to let them know I was at the window to pick up my order because their speaker doesn’t work for the drive thru. Get home with the food, went to eat a piece of the crazy bread and there’s a long straight black hair all wrapped around my crazy bread. (I have curly brown hair, my husband has brown hair, and my dad has no hair) so I know it wasn’t any of ours. I’m truly disgusted. I’m not telling anybody don’t eat there, just check your food over. To each their own.

I ordered 2 large cheese pizza, the girl gave me an old burned after waiting 20 minutes in line, ( I forget to check until I get to my house.)and at the window she didn’t acknowledge and not even talked one word… plus her hand greasy and dirty when she handed me my card, unhappy worker with lots of drama…bad services never come back ..

This place needs new management. Went the other, waited in line for a minute just to be told they had no pizza ready and it would be 30 minutes before anything was ready! Mind you there were already at least 5 people waiting ahead of me…no thanks!

I ordered a extra cheese pepperoni pizza because the regular pies don’t have that much cheese but what do you expect for $5 bucks. I asked about ordering a Greek Salad. The manager said they don’t offer it like a Corporate Store. I like the Little Caesar’s Franchise store off E.Stadium in Ann Arbor. They make a great Greek Salad, Antipasto salad and Caesar salad. This is a Picture of one. The Little Caesar’s in Ann Arbor also offers Baked roast beef Subs, Tuna, Meatball and Chicken subs too which I miss. They also Deliver food for a small fee too in Michigan.
