I was really disappointed with my recent order. I paid extra for the Old World Fanceroni Pepperoni™, but what I got looked like a sloppy version of the regular pepperoni pizza with maybe a quarter of the usual amount of pepperoni. My Crazy Bread wasn’t ready when I arrived, even though the app said the order was ready, and it ended up being about 10 minutes late. When I finally got it, the Crazy Bread was rushed and undercooked. Definitely not the quality or service I expected — especially for a premium item. Do better!

Don’t like leaving bad reviews but truth needs to be spoken. Came here a few weeks ago, was not pleased with customer service. Condescending tone to basic questions.I don’t expect great customer service, even a regular or neutral energy would have been fine. Won’t be coming back. Felt like DMV or TSA energy.
If you want to increase your sales, treat customers better. Food is also better at other locations – mediocrity through and through.

So I ordered from this location yesterday and I went through the drive thru to pick up my order.
The guy that was at the window was very nice, also what can I say about the food I was given.
Truly Impressed by the pizza they gave me so many pepperonis and such a good size pizza. Also the bread that is stuffed with cheese is really good as well.
Definitely will go back to this location frequently.

I consistently wait upwards of five min during the day in the frive thru before anyone even comes to the window, AFTER being told to pull to the window. And they rarely have the lumch combos ready. Magnum foods has gone really downhill.

I was in there last night and they were really busy but they provided great customer service, had a great attitude even though there were only 2 of them handling a great volume of phone and walk in orders. My boyfriend went in to get a hot and ready cheese pizza. They gave us a Hawaiian – he went in to ask for a cheese and they threw it on the floor, called my boyfriend and idiot and a “stupid cracker”, and threatened him. Needless to say we will never be back lol…

We have ordered from this location on multiple occasions and since it is a Little Caesars we have low expectations. Our last take out order was the final straw on dining with LC. During the pick up I encountered young men working inside spending more time on their phones than providing great customer service. Our pizza had the smallest amount of meat I have seen on a pizza and the taste was just bland. I know it was a $6 pizza but there are better options just down the street at All American. We will no longer dine at this LC location due to poor service and food quality.
