I had cut sugar and carbs, totally out of my life since August, for the last month I have been craving little Caesars breadsticks. I finally went and made an order tonight, we have quite a large family so I ordered three pizzas two boxes of crazy puffs, and three orders of the breadsticks with marinara.
It’s probably just an issue of whoever’s in the back, needing a little bit more training, but Little Caesars crazy bread was always known for being kind of soft and spongy and dripping and buttery garlic Parmesan sauce. And they were reliably that way.
The ones that we got tonight were rock hard, overcooked, like very dark brown on the ends, had hardly any seasoning or butter on them at all, like the bag isn’t even messy (iykyk) and the majority of them are fused together at the top and at the bottom, I’m still trying to figure out how that happened. The pizza did not look that great either, and definitely had burnt cheese on the crust. I know I know you get what you pay for and it’s Little Caesars, but it actually was really fun to get Little Caesars before because you could get a deal and you could also get food that everybody liked. Now you just get cheap pizza.

Paid for a crazy sauce, looked at it, maybe 1/4 to 1/3 filled. Said hey this really isn’t that much, could they do something? Guy at the counter looked at it, agreed and said they really didn’t fill them up, and then told me i should’ve bought another. Perhaps they should just fill them up instead?

Ordered two pizzas for pick up. Got a notification that they were done. Went inside and they couldn’t find the pizzas. They finally found them 10 minutes later. When I get home with the pizzas, there is no stuffed crust. I call and the lady says she’ll remake the stuffed crust and will be ready in 15 minutes. I get to the store 20 minutes later and they haven’t even started the pizza. Then I have to wait another 20 minutes till they make it and cook it. This location is terrible. This is not the first time this location has given us bad service. I won’t be back.

Ordered the pretzel crust pizza with cheese sauce and another one with just pizza sauce both turned out to be a salt lick because there was so much salt in them, also ordered bread sticks. Everything was over cooked and the amount of salt they put on the PIZZA instead of only the crust was ridiculous!! Bread sticks were over cooked and dry. Very disappointed, we usually love little Caesars but this order was a big zero. Salt lick pizza.

We ordered a pizza and cheese sticks. It was very fresh and I was surprised cause it had a very good cheese pull to the pizza. u don’t get that really anymore at pizza places. And the staff was very kind. The inside was clean.

Food was absolutely disgusting, threw it away immediately, came into the store for a refund the next day when I had time and they wouldn’t grant it… Bad form.

I like getting Little Caesar’s here Because it’s cheap and easy. However, Every. Single. Time. that I call it takes atleast 3 retry calls or waiting while the phone rings for 10 minutes before someone answers. Ive gone in person aswell and watched them let the phone ring even while it wasn’t busy. Now this isnt to hate on the food because it’s exactly how it should be but rather unacceptable service. I hope they get better at this because it’s starting to get real annoying.

October 13th 6:30 p.m. I walked in the front door and saw 8 people including myself waiting to be helped. Stood there for 10 minutes and watched 4 goofy looking kids slapping slop together and NO ONE AND I MEAN NO ONE! came to the front to even acknowledge anyone. They say they are under new management but they need to fire whoever is pretending tj run the show in this dump!

I really enjoy coming here every couple of weeks. I get a slightly specialized ICB and it’s 9/10 pretty dang perfect. Sometimes I wish I’d asked for it fresh or made sure to look at it, but it’s not a big enough complaint to say they arent worth my money. I have problems with the freshness of their crazy bread far more often, their pizzas also often have too much sauce but after having spoken to workers about this issue it seems like store standard to put that much.
After having been inside during busy times, I really appreciate watching the manager and team leads run the store well. They do great work and it’s no wonder the overall quality of this location has gone up.
When I start getting good crazy bread not stale or soaked to absolute death in butter, there will be a five star update.
