Customer Service is terrible, the food prep area was dirty, and from the looks of things the company doesn’t require hair nets, gloves, or uniforms. UPDATE 1/25/24 They are still rude and sold burnt food, they wouldn’t remake it or give me a refund. We got into a verbal altercation, one lady kept pointing at me, very rude. Took the food in back to let the other lady look at it asked for a receipt, she was told it was ordered online, she pulled it up then she lied like the food was half eaten. We threw the one piece missing away, bc it wasn’t edible. Just sad, never going back, also calling corporate.

Order food online for work mates. The online portal serves up an order number,but the system is broken and store clerks will not know the order number, nor is it printed on the ticket. That’s said, the Manager (?) kind lady with the neck tattoo and gauge earrings explained the issue and was quick to ensure our order was correct. The other staff were very friendly, too. Very professional and top level customer service.

I travel 48 states in this little Caesars is the worst I’ve ever been to how do you burn pizza and then sell it my breadsticks were dry and thick I waited for an hour when I went inside because the app did not tell me. My food was ready until 30 minutes after I left I got a notification that my food was done. My food was cold. I should have got a refund.

Little Caesars in West Memphis Arkansas is the best one I’ve ever been to The quality was excellent and the service was awesome especially Kenzie the manager Couldn’t ask for better service from her!!
