I haven’t been to this place in four years I live almost next to it. They never put enough toppings on it. It’s literally a cheese pizza and I strongly hate cheese pizzas. You need to fix how much toppings you put on your pizzas. I use to love Little Ceasars decades ago back in the 1980s they put lots of toppings on their pizzas mainly meats.

Food was cold than I called to complain about the order the women that answered had the worst attitude ever she asked if I placed an online order I states Yes I did than she asked if than it should be cold if it was pick up on time I told her that my husband was in the driveway since 6 but my pick up time wasn’t until 630 she got mad at me and said to bring all my food back cause she know it hot my whole family felt the food and even said it was cold I spent over $40 at that place just to be with disrespect and to get cold food….my husband even said when he was waiting in the lobby a lady brought her food back because her food was cold I will never be back

Whoever the lil fat lady is that works here that stay bent over the counter with a funky nasty attitude…. It was 9:20 pm and she act as if they was closed. Lady I understand y’all close at 10 and there will be a wait but don’t be all extra rude thinking that people isn’t going to order. We’re spending our money so fix it. Her name is mrs San at this Cantrell location as I heard the young fella say her name as others was walking in she was steady being rude. Two white men came in behind me ordering she got rude and walked away and told the young man to take they order cuz she said the white man was looking crazy. Smh head then she bent all over the counter. Whewwww first and last time at this location.

They made my order incorrect after waiting 45 minutes because they were all sitting outside. I called to let them know my order was not made correct, they hung up. I drive back up there they take the incorrect pizza back. Then proceeded to cuss at me, refused to remake the pizza, refused to refund my order. I have now filed a dispute with my bank to recover the money they stole as well as filed a complaint with the better business bureau. Y’all need t relief ERICA PHILLIPS of her duties. She has ran this store into the ground.

I ordered the slices and stixs with bacon online. I kept watching the tracker but after almost 40 mins it never changed so I went inside. To only have to wait another 10 mins. Finally a young man came up front I told him my name and he picked up a pizza box that was just sitting on the counter for who knows how long. He said I dont know who put it here. I said well I hope its hot which it wasnt. Also one side of the pizza and stixs was super thick the other side was like thin crust.

Today order an extra most bestest that have 17 pieces of sausage and an inch of crust. Tbh I feel like you’re taking hot and ready pizzas and passing them off as emb pizzas which is ripping me off since I’m paying more.
