We’ve eaten here a few times now.
Online: Refused my card the last time I tried to order online. Card is fine, plenty of funds and used it about 15 times since the refusal. This was prudent as to we needed to order online at the time, places were closing and with ice on the roads, driving very far was out of the question.
About 2 out of 4/5 times we’ve been in the store it was nice and welcoming. The other few times, lady taking our order seemed very distant, short and somewhat unfriendly.
Pizza has been good. Apparently our normal order was a limited time deal as it was no longer offered. (Just wanted the square pepperoni pizza, not a half n half breadstick thing. Wasn’t bad)

Came in to grab some pizzas for a school function. Was told they called ahead. It was not showing on the side of little crasers. When I walked in and said hey I’m here to pick up an order I was told I’m at the wrong location. Not hello welcome in nothing just your at the wrong place. I said cool then can you guys make 3 cheese? No answer for about 2 min while the employee counts the drawer( not sure why they were open with the open sign on) employee then looks up and stares at me in disgust. I said is it cool if I get 3 cheese. He continues his long pause and then says I guess. I respond with you know what don’t worry about it. I call to talk to a manager. Im then directed to the GM who said they will speak with said employee but found this situation amusing. Just make the trip to the one up the street by kroger on JFK.

Two weeks ago I ordered a cheese pizza and it was the worse, I thought I would give them another chance but the pizza I got today was paper thin and the dab of cheese on it was burnt! The pizza was tasteless and it was like eating a piece of cardboard! The pizza puffs were okay, but lacked very much flavor. We can’t afford to eat out much and were really looking forward to a tasty pizza and pizza puffs. I would really appreciate my money back. I seriously doubt someone with a product this bad would stand behind the food they serve. My husband picked the order up on 12/23/25 at a cost of $23-$24 dollars late in the afternoon, Please remember that this may be the only time some families will spurge on fast food for weeks so make it a great experience not a bad one!

Jacksonville Little Ceaser’s is great! Food is always delicious and cooked to perfection, and the staff is friendly and helpful (when you need help) just can’t go wrong getting pizza from here.

This has to be the worst location. I live literally across the street and quit going there because the pizza is never cut right and you can tell it’s been sitting in the box way too long. I mean if you can’t cut a pizza then you probably shouldn’t be working at a pizza place. I went there today bc I wasn’t feeling well and needed something quick for my son and this time the pizza wasn’t even cut. This location has really gone down hill in the past couple of years. Very disappointed.
7 years later….tried Little Caesars again. Still can’t cut a pizza. Huge pieces and tiny pieces. Also the crazy sauce cups were all filled about 1/4 to under 1/2 way at the most. I got charged .59 the two extra I ordered too. Not sure how to post the picture I took to prove it. The pizza was good but not sure why you have to stiff your customers that way.

Usually a little short staffed it seems but the only two I see make it work and wait times are never that long when hot n readies arent immediately ready lol

Johntae was working the drive thru window and was such a breath of sunshine. Asked how I was, placed my drinks in a bag, and gave napkins that I didn’t even have to ask for. Customer service that went up and beyond. While leaving he wished me a great day. You just don’t get customer service like this anymore. Keep up the great work Johntae. I wish you the best!!

Went in half an hour before close. They would make me a pizza but refused to make fresh crazy bread? When asked why, she was visibly annoyed by my question, but refused to answer. All she said was “I’m not making fresh crazy bread.” They’re usually nice and sometimes get my simple order right. Must be an off night… def disappointed

Huge shout outs to Joshua(I think that’s what he said his name is)last night, he did amazing running a very busy drive through and front counter by himself, I was impressed. I can’t leave out the cook that was with him though (I didn’t get his name) but they worked together so well getting everyone’s orders to them with very little wait all while getting fresh pizzas. You both did great and we appreciate you very much!
