I am requesting to be contacted by store ownership regarding a very poor customer service experience at this location. The General Manager, Bethany, was extremely unprofessional during multiple phone calls. My delivery order was incorrect, and when I called to request a refund for the missing items, I was told a refund could not be issued unless I returned to the store in person. I was also told the missing items could not be delivered because they “don’t have drivers,” and the only solution offered was to “throw something in next time,” which is not acceptable for a delivery-only customer.
Instead of working toward a resolution, Bethany escalated the situation immediately, falsely accusing me of yelling and speaking down to her, which did not occur. She hung up on me twice. When I called back, she raised her voice again and continued to place blame on me before hanging up once more. The calls were on speaker, and others in my home were equally shocked by the interaction.
I ultimately contacted the corporate 800 number, where I was promptly refunded for the missing items—something that was apparently quite easy to resolve at that level. Unfortunately, my guests did not receive what they ordered, and the lack of professionalism and accountability from store leadership was disappointing. If this type of behavior is tolerated, I will not support this location again.

Last night I ordered pizza off of the Little Caesars app. We pulled up there and the woman’s like I need to see your bank statement saying that you purchased it. Not off of the app and we were like okay and it was taking us a minute to get it on our bank account to show that we paid for it and the woman acted like we didn’t pay for it and was told to pull around because there was a car behind us
We got the bank statement and we showed it to her and she was like where is it and it took her a minute to see it at the top where it said Little Caesars we got our pizza. We came home and the pizza wasn’t even what we ordered. We had one beef and one cheese. They gave us both beef pizzas the lady said that they needed to see the bank statement and not the app because it’s a new thing going on. I don’t know if that’s true I had ordered an paid for it on the app I had the app where it said I paid for it

Absolutely horrible with customer service. Very rude staff very ugly staff. Why would I spend my money in an establishment that I can’t ask how long my order is without been cursed out!!!! As a first responder I greatly appreciate some kindness and this store should be ashamed. Wont be back

Did not get my crazy sauce or any dipping sauce that I ordered. Called store they blamed it on the delivery driver delivery driver blamed it on the store so nothing got done about it. Asked for my money back and that didn’t happen either.. this has happen twice

Just waited for 45 minutes, for THIS. The dough was so undercooked, when I tried to grab a slice, it fell apart entirely. I asked politely for my money back and was told that was not an option because I ordered through the app. They said I could come back tomorrow or call a number to speak with the corporate office tomorrow to get it figured out, even after speaking with the GM. Absolutely horrible experience, I will never be back.

Pizza here is what you expect from Little Caesars. Kids in our family like it, adults usually eat something else. I would even say this one is above average quality for a Little Caesars, but …I’m guessing there are staffing issues because they are never open lately. We can’t plan to grab it for dinner because of their unpredictable hours.
Edit: 11/25/2022 So they seem open more, but quality has tanked. Half our pizzas and cheese sticks weren’t cut, the ones that were weren’t cut through. Some of our crazy bread was tiny like it was all mashed together after cooking.

Don’t go. We asked what was ready! Everything we wanted was reported ready.! Get to the window and was asked to pull around again after they took our money. We pulled around again only to be treated like we were annoying them! No pizza again! And was told no refunds?… 50 minutes later we got this craptastic pizza and it wasn’t the correct order. Do better.

Got pizza burnt and no cheese in the crust for a stuffed crust pizza. I brought it back in just to get another reorder but the cashier Anessa starts telling me that the pizza is fine saying “i made it… i made it” with the attitude that she had… just told her to give me my money back… afraid she might spit in our food. Waste my gas to even drive back and forth. If your a manager reading this.. you should watch how she talked to me on the camera.

i hate a bad review, but i was told it would be 15 minutes & if i parked in front they would bring it out to me. about 20 minutes go by so i go inside to see if its ready.. they tell me no, they gave my pizza away but they would put another one in right now so it would be another 10-15… finally its ready & she doesn’t give me ranch, so i have to go back in for it.. she proceeded to say she needed the recipet or she needed to pull up the order to verify i paid of my one ranch.. sure enough i did and she gave it to me. but i wasted 40 min for this…
