Stopped by on November 9th, 2025 around 7:20pm to get a Hot & Ready Pepperoni pizza, but they only had Sausage and Cheese ready so settled for Sausage. I’m just going to let the picture speak for the way the pizza looked. It also tasted like it had been in the warmer for hours. Total waste of money. We also got crazy bread and that tasted better than the pizza. My husband also asked for a receipt but the cashier didn’t give one and said she “would put it in the system”..I guess meaning she would finish off the transaction and put the money in the drawer after he walked out. I do not recommend getting anything to eat here in person or through delivery.

This pizza place was a complete letdown. The pizza itself was poorly made—slimy and undercooked in the center, practically disintegrating into a gooey mess when I tried to grab a slice. When I called to address it, the staff was dismissive and even hung up on me. Going back in person to return the pizza was no better. Teenagers in the back were shouting profanities at us, and the so-called manager seemed more interested in rolling her eyes than addressing the issue. To top it off, one of the workers casually picked at her nails the whole time, letting bits fall onto the counter. It was an unprofessional and downright unpleasant experience.

We’ve had good experiences here ,but the last one was so bad. Enough to not go back!! Pizza tasted and smelled spoiled or rotten. Something on it was bad. It was horrible. Ordered pizza to feed the family ended up throwing it away 60$.

One of the employees working the register around 4:35 PM pocketed about $10 cash that my mother handed them and then about 2 other people that worked there handled my mom’s money and they told her she handed them $10 less than she gave them.

Wish they’d cut the thin crust in squares like they’re supposed to, otherwise it’s the same pizza it always is. Sometimes hot sometimes not.

I have never had a decent pizza from this location for as long as they’ve been open. When I do decide to get a pizza I would rather not drive further into busy Cabot so I go to this location, and EVERY TIME it is a disappointment. This is the last time. Look at this pizza… nothing but dry, thin crust and a layer of pepperoni. Not enough sauce or cheese to even see. Absolutely horrible.

There was an issue with my takeout hot&ready. I got sausage instead of pepperoni. I called just to let them know and without hesitation the employee offered a replacement pizza for the next time I come in. (The sausage pizza was still hot & fresh and still got eaten because the food is always great as well!)

Every single time I have gone always have a problem this is my last straw. THE CARDBOARD OF THE PIZZA BOX WAS THICKER THAN THE CRUST.
