I ordered a pizza and cheese puffs online yesterday. Arrived at the time it was supposed to be done. Had a notification that the order was completed. Pulled up to the window and was told that they had to remake the pizza and it was not done. I parked and waited and waited and waited. About 20 minutes went inside. It was not done. I waited inside eventually the pizza came out of the oven and was placed Next to the cash register where it’s at while other people were being waited on I asked when my order would be ready because we had another message that the pizza had been ready and now we were waiting on the cheese puffs. When I first arrived the person working the window had her ear glued to a phone for quite a while and was not real interested in Service. I feel like my pizza was given to somebody else because they had to start completely over with it after I have been told it was completed.

Went into to get the veterans day deal before 2 and was told sorry sold out! Like what you ain’t sold out of pizza go make more and give me the drink as advertised. Nowhere does it say first come first serve or limited supplies, but it says until 2 which means need to honor it

DO NOT EAT, since it’s during the holidays we’ve been eating out a lot and we’ve gotten little ceasars a bunch on the night of 12/15 our family got little ceasars a few hours later my mother and brother were throwing up all last night. In the morning the brother had diarrhea, this continued on for a few days. A few days ago our family got little ceasars again for dinner as a last minute option and 2 of my uncles got sick. One of them is currently in the hospital with a high pulse. PLease DO NOT eat this place until further notice.

First time ordering from this location. This is by far the BEST Little Caesars I’ve come across in a long time. The food was delivered hot. The quality of the food was perfect. I have a complaints on last night I came to the location because I tried to call over 15 times and no one answered the phone was busy also tried to order online it wasn’t working when we arrived there were three employees outside smoking marijuana. There were also other cars waiting only two workers trying to do their job inside the store. I called the store today to speak with a manager to complain she said she would tell the supervisor but if they was on they break there’s nothing they could do about it. So they let their employees get high on their job. Very unprofessional also my question is why would you send three employees on break at the same time and you’re busy.

I love the cheese bread here…its usually hot and ready…..the cashier did check and saw that the last one that was left was older and had me a fresh bread made….which was awesome but I didn’t get her name… the store was clean and the menu and prices were visible. I will be going back.

I ordered a Detroit style deep dish pepperoni on 9/1/25 around 3:50 PM. Picked it up around 4:10 PM. I got back to my hotel and started to dig in before realizing the entire pizza was basically dough still. Completely inedible and went right in the trash. And a waste of my 20 dollars.

There’s a reason why it is so cheap. Pizza was completely uncooked, raw and doughy. Worse part is I had to wait 45 min for the pizza! Never eating this trash ever again!
