The customer service is always nice when I go there and the pizza is always good, but the wings are not really good. I think they could be cooked a little longer. The wings are always so big. To the point where they don’t even look nor taste appetizing.

Today, I visited the establishment and asked the cashier about the available hot and ready options. She confirmed their availability, and I repeated my question at a slightly louder volume due to the passing vehicles, inquiring about the specific hot and ready options available. The cashier responded with “pepperoni with cheese” and displayed a noticeable attitude. I requested one of those pizzas, and she took my card from my hand abruptly. After retrieving the pizza from the warming station, I asked if she was okay, and she responded with a question, “Are you okay?” I clarified that I spoke louder due to the noise, and she replied, “I could hear you,” with continued attitude. I felt her behavior was unjustified, as I had not done anything to provoke her. This incident occurred today at 6:42 PM in West Monroe, Louisiana 01762–00010, off Wells Road. The receipt lists the cashier as Austin L, which appears to be a male name, but the cashier was a female, slightly tall, teenage blonde with a ponytail and a striped shirt.

Customer service was meh, but the hot and ready pepperoni pizza was perfection. We are OTR truck drivers and stopped for Taco Bell. Their lobby was closed and they wouldn’t answer their phone so we spotted Little Caesars and went for it. We are so glad we did

Had come to get a pizza at this location around 9:10 PM, as i walked to the lobby doors they were locked although they have it posted that it closes at 10, especially having a few workers standing in the lobby is very unprofessional and irresponsible practices by not just the workers, but the management. 5400 Cypress location

When I enter the Lil ‘ceasers. There was a customer leaving as I walked to the counter I asked about adding a couple of extra toppings to a large pepperoni and cheese pizza that was priced at $9 something. She automatically in a “really?you don’t know you can’t add anything to that pizza. I said, no I didn’t and before I even finished she proceeded to tell me that if I wanted to add ingredients I had to get the bigger more expensive pizza. I mean what kinda joint is this? I didn’t say this to her but my kids and I grew up on Johnnies Pizza and Pizza Pizza! Now it’s been awhile since I had been to a lil ceasers, so maybe the rules have changed. Anyway I got the larger pizza with the added ingredients all the while,her cutting me off before I answer, anything else?,will that be all?
I just wanted to leave. Then to top it all off., Now I all for a greasy pizza, it’s supposed to be greasy. But literally every bite was a soggy mouthful of gease. I’m sorry I don’t usually complain. Unless ! My feelings were really hurt . Then my pizza that I had been looking forward to for a mth hurt my feelings too
