i am very disappointed with my recent experience at little ceasar here in monroe la, i attempted to use a discount card that clearly offered free crazy bread with a $20 purchase. i placed my order online and went in the store to get my order and redeemed the free crazy bread the general manager refused to honor it claiming that claiming that the purchase had to be made inside the store no where on the discount card does it say that the offer is limited to instore purchase. To me this feels like false advertisement, if there are restrictions they should be clearly stated, because of this misleading information and the unwillingliness to honor the promotion as written, i will no longer be eating at little ceasar i expect better transparency and customer service.

Very friendly employees there. I had a good laugh while I was there getting my order which was pepperoni hot ready pizza’s & crazy bread. Service was great & quick & had a much needed laugh! Thanks for making my visit a great one! ☺️

Horrible. Made online order got there to no pizza done , the workers complaint and mouthing off about even getting the order and I love more than 15 minutes away from the store !! They’re rude and to top it off , my sausage pizza is AWEFUL. it took over 39 minutes to get my pizza and when I finally got home with it to eat this is what I received. I had 5 pizzas total and two sauces. The toppings were obviously just thrown on in a hurry I couldn’t even pick up a piece with out the toppings just falling off. There was like 4 other call in orders waiting on their pizzas and these employees felt it ok to just complain the entire time . No one got their pizza fast.

Terribly dirty and manager states it was bc night crew missed it, but it needs to be thoroughly scrubbed. It is always filthy at this location, was hoping this would be cleaner this time. This is a restaurant that serves food so cleanliness should be priority!!! Do better Little Caesars!

I ordered a pizza at 5pm on Sunday June 8th to be ready for 7:15 p.m. I got there early so it wasn’t ready but I was early it wasn’t time. They made sure to time the order so when 7:15 got around my pizza was fresh out the oven. The staff there at the time had a good atmosphere going. They made my time there pleasant .

I found an entire fake nail in my pizza! It’s disgusting and I can’t believe that employees are even allowed to wear things like this when they cook. My roommate nearly swallowed it. I don’t think I’ll ever eat here again.
