Been excited to get the pretzel crust back. But the “manager” skinny African American girl made my pizza. I noticed it was regular crust with butter and salt on it. I went back and asked for a remake and she insisted arguing with me saying IT WAS pretzel crust. But it is NOT pretzel crust, and I’m not stupid. I knew immediately after looking at it. Terrible experience, and would like a refund. If this happened at my business I would look for a new manager. A simple remake would’ve made this better but instead I had an employee arguing saying “I make 50 of these a day”. Well then you screwed up 50 pizzas today. Look at the advertisement for pretzel crust advertisement. It looks way different than what I got.

Easy to order online, friendly service, a very easy pickup that is fast & hassle-free. Our pizza was hot & ready when for pickup. Got home & our pizza was very good. We had a stuff crust with pepperoni, this was better tasting than the other choices on pines road and caught me by surprise. I would order again and I would try the thin crust this time.

When I ordered my pizza they gave me the wrong pizza. I drove back to the store and I took the pizza back. I spoke too a manager . She didn’t give her name. She and I qoute” that he has been giving the wrong pizza out too people. Black girl mind you and dark. My order was for extra sauce and extra cheese on a three meat pizza. She gave me pizza not cut in square pieces which mind you I order a thin crust which should be cut in squares. And she purposely after asking me 3 times how I wanted it. No sauce was on pizza with the extra cheese. I took pictures of it. Now I’m moving further up not the 1st time had trouble here. The one on Mansfield Rd is wonderful. Never going back to this one!!!! Please don’t do it.

Whoever makes the pizza up there needs to be fired . I got home and the pizza was loaded with so much grease that it was dripping off of the bottom of the box. The pizza was falling apart and very under cooked

These little kids are getting payed to do nothing. We put in an online order and waited 30 minutes for the food. Was supposed to be done at a certain time and we showed up and the little girl said they haven’t even started on the pizza. We saw them laughing and playing the entire time. Another girl cleaned the bathroom and didn’t wash her hands before handling other pizzas when they finally started making pizzas. This is terrible and disgusting service. We came back 20 minutes later and got the food. They also gave us the wrong pizza. If they can see what the order is why would they give the wrong pizza? Never showing up here again. Don’t waste your time coming here. I would give zero stars if I could.
