I ordered a deep dish sausage. When.ipicked up order, it was only half the deep dish. I asked the young lady behind counter was this order correct? To which she responded “no. Ill get the rest of ur pizza”. She returned to help a new customer with me just standing there. Then she said “oh, itll be five minutes”. Still no apology for incorrect order. I waited 5-7 minutes and she returned with the other half of my pizza. I shouldve checked before I left store. Igot home, opened box to see about 12 pieces of sausage thrown ontop.not evenone on.every square. I bite into it and its just cheese and a sausage ball…NO SAUCE! Pathetic!

I ordered the Buffalo wings, and they were delivered hot and ready. The eight-piece order was a great value. Most importantly, the wings themselves were juicy and delicious, and the Buffalo sauce had a nice kick. Given the scarcity of good wing joints in my area, this is definitely my new go-to spot. Couldn’t wait to get the pretzel pizza for dinner today, I’ve been getting it several times a week it’s so good!! I placed the order on-line and my husband went in to pick it up, he said it was hot and ready, and the workers were friendly but super busy. We live about 35-40 minutes away which felt like an eternity waiting to eat the deliciousness that was in the back seat! Once I got in the house I immediately went to get a slice of pizza and noticed it wasn’t the pretzel dough…so disappointing! We also had stuffed crazy bread and both the pizza and bread were very light colored and doughy. It was clear they had not been cooked liked they usually are. Everything about the pizza was made right other than the crust, it had cheese sauce and salt as if it were the pretzel pizza. I had to put the pizza and the bread in the oven for about 10 minutes to cook it thoroughly and it was good but man I wanted the pretzel dough! I’m not sure why this happened and didn’t want to call and have to wait for them to remake it but I will be checking my order next time before heading home with it!!! I do recommend the pretzel pizza, it’s soooo great, so next time you want pizza for dinner try Little Caesar’s Pretzel Crust Pizza!!! Update: I just had this happen again today! It’s so frustrating getting home and what you ordered isn’t correct. They need to let customers know if they are out of the pretzel dough because we aren’t stupid and throwing salt on your regular dough isn’t fooling us!!! Taking another star away since this is becoming the normal here.

Not sure what’s been going on but the last three times that I’ve dropped in, the pizza have not been up to par. Looks like they have sat for hours. No extra cheese, loaded with sauce and waste of my money. My dog had a good dinner.

The employees are rude with nasty attitudes. The cook leaning on food prep area on the phone. Cashier bad attitude. I ordered per app cashier argued I never placed order without properly looking. I left without receiving my order because of disgusting attitude and poor service Never ever will I return.

Always slow and NEVER walked in and out with a “hot and ready” as advertised. This visit we called in a thin crust pepperoni about 25 minutes before arriving. I was told they didn’t have anything with our name and it would be 10 minutes to cook. They advertise on the door the thin and crispy hot and ready 4-8pm. I give 3 stars because despite the wait the staff is normally friendly and the pizza is decent.
