The employees there From Tuesday night,they took 30 minutes for me to get my doordash order to go deliver,and the only one who was apologizing was the young lady that night. The older lady gave me and my friend attitude after the customer called the store,to figure out why he was waiting 30 minutes for his food.

Not a smile in sight and you can just tell, no one wants to be working there. 1 pizza was wrong (guess thats my fault for not checking the receipt to make sure it was entered correctly). However, both pizzas were not that great tasting, very poor appearance (topping just thrown on there and not spread out or mixed) and bread stixs so hard you could break a window with them. SAVE YOUR MONEY & TIME AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!

I would not recommend this location to anyone. I believe in second chances, but this is the like the third and fourth opportunity to improve. This is several orders over time,… assuming it “MIGHT” get better. (I mean, “Its a bad day,” “We are short handed,” whatever, I get it.,… Life happens.) But EVERY TIME over several months?
I will have to say, I will no longer be doing business with this location and unless you like disappointment in both Quality and Customer Service, I suggest you move on to the next pizza joint.
I ordered online and was in town for a fast pick up. Their new slogan should be “Hot -N- Fresh” NOT “Hot -N- Ready” Its NEVER Ready at this location and even after ordering ahead prior to arriving… I still waited 25 minutes for my pizza (2 simple pepperoni pizzas, no extras, nothing special). 50% of both pizzas didn’t even have a crust and there was pepperoni on top of pepperoni, on top of pepperoni making it one GIANT GREASY mess. (Don’t get me wrong, I like pepperoni, but too much makes the pizza greasy and crust super soggy. It’s not my preference and I didn’t order “extra” pepperoni.) The pizza could not even hold out flat when picked up (soggy, doughy curst).
DIGORNO’s Frozen Pizza is better than this.
I have about an 8 minute ride home and this is what I opened to box to see.
Does anyone take “PRIDE” in their job any more?

They took way too long for pepperoni pizza and my buffalo wings where just wings. Order a ultimate supreme and all it had was mushrooms and onions worst place ever. Parking lot is very dirty.

It was great when it first opened 6 years ago. But today we went time was 11am, Black double cab truck in the parking lot, lights on inside , one person inside. No one came to the window, my hubby even knocked. My hubby went to the front door pulled on it, it was locked. So we sat there in the parking lot, making our order to pizza hut and We see another car drive up and guess what they got there pizza. Interesting. So we ordered Pizza hut and we are not looking to give business to this place in the future.Customer serivce is everything and if you can’t figure out how to operate your business, you will lose customers. There are to many other pizza places. This place will be out of business soon.

I ordered from little Caesars just a couple of minutes ago and the girl they had at the drive thru need to be trained again. I ask this girl for a box of pepperoni pizza and a order of hot wings but get this she gave us the pizza but not the hot wings. When asked about it she claims they don’t have anymore but she never said that in the beginning then proceed to have a little attitude when you failed to tell a customer that comes here everyday y’all was out when I placed the order. On top of that I called and called never answered but I can promise you I won’t be back at all this is ridiculous. Y’all need to get it together because that was unacceptable y’all don’t waste y’all time or money here. I didn’t give a service review because it was terrible.
