I went in and ordered the $9.49 stuff crust pepperoni pizza showed her which one I wanted and the price I was looking at. She tells me its not in the system so its 13.99 because I have to customize it. Like what I’m literally looking at the sign in front of me. Another girl comes up after I waited and hour to get it. I asked her the same thing about the price she says oh you have to say stuffed crunch pizza. I proceed to tell her I showed the other girl which one I wanted and to her the price it Was supposef to be. She looks me dead in my eyes and oh well I don’t what to tell you its $14 and moves on to the next customer. Great service at this dump. They take and hour over charged rude as hell and don’t even have a chair to sit on. Great job

Alicia was amazing her customer service skills are top level. I ordered online and my pizza comming out of the oven shortly after I ordered it. If you order online you’ll receive a free large pizza if you have the coupon. I paid $5.46 on app with coupon and recieved 2 large pizzas. #brandmatters #wheretheydothatat #sharethelove

Customer service is absolutely horrible ! I recently placed an online order and very quickly realized I did not need most of the food I ordered because the majority of my family was not gonna be returning home for the evening. Immediately called the local store and was instructed that I needed to call customer service to remove items from the order. Customer service then instructed that it would be easier just to cancel the order and replace it. She put me on hold and contacted the local store and told me the order was canceled to go ahead and place another order online. Seven days later, contacted Customer service to get status of my refund. Was told a message was left for the franchise owner & someone had tried contacting me during the week…In which I had ZERO missed calls from them and no voicemail. Was instructed if I didn’t get a call over the weekend to call back on Monday. Called back, Was told another message was sent to the franchise owner and I would receive a call by the end of the day. NOTHING. Called back this morning in which customer service then tells me they did not cancel the order, they don’t have the power to do that. I then asked her if the local store is telling me customer service has to do it, and customer service is telling me the local store has to do it and I can’t do it online then how is an order canceled? After all is said and done if I do not receive a refund for that first order, I basically paid almost $65 for two pepperoni pizzas. Very disappointing…deters me from ever wanting to order there again because of the lack of customer support.
