The little girl at the front counter didn’t say anything at all when we picked up our order. Just grabbed the pizza and handed it to us. Whywould yall think it’s okay to give us part of our order with empty crazy puffs! We got there 5 minutes after it was ready and nothing was hot. The pizza wasn’t the best. The crazy puffs looked disgusting, a little cheese and one pepperoni and the other two are squished like they’ve been stepped on.

The food is consistently good. However, the service is extremely hit or miss. 70% of the time, the staff are rude for no reason and the closing time varies based on who is working. Which is obviously not the way a business should be ran.

Terrible isn’t the word. This place used to be my go-to. Now we get crappy service and crappy food for twice the price. Case in Point: Last night we ordered a pepperoni pizza that was very “well done” and dry. Went back to replace it and that one was even worse. This has been going on for awhile. What are we spending 4 or 5 more dollars for? They don’t answer the phone either, so we can’t call and tell them or order anything. We have to sit in there for twenty minutes for these charred disasters.Post something on the social media and all they do is give you an automated message. I honestly wish this Eunice, LA branch would close and a Domino’s would come in.
Update: Today I went in at about 1:50 and was told that they no longer could do any lunch specials. Last I checked it was 2pm they stopped and it’s wasn’t;t like they were about to close is it?

This was the worst experience ever at any Lil Ceasars. About 15 customers waiting, half of them pre-ordered. I pre-ordered also by an hour and still waited an hour. The most extra pepperoni pizza was trash and looked like a quick thrown together $5 pizza. Never again. Whole experience tucked. Will never go back or let anyone in the family go back.

My boyfriend bought pizza by the time we got home with it. It was so hard couldn’t even eat it. Including the meat on it was even hard.. And we use to go once a week, but not no more. Tried calling to complain and no answer.. Couldn’t even leave message on there voicemail..

This place is terrible. Don’t waste your time or money. They are in NO hurry at all. Standing outside smoking cigarettes and on the phone and when you go inside there’s noone there at the counter or in the back….wonder why? It’s the clown, outside that is not worried about customers or anything but his last drag of cigarette and to finish up that phone call that’s so important. This place needs to clean up QUICKLY if it’s not already too late. I REFUSE to give this place another try end of story.
