I literally just picked up my food and I am sitting in the parking lot PISSED! First, I wasn’t even greeted because s young lady sitting on her phone talking. When she finally acknowledged my presence, “what would you like to order?” No, hello, no welcome, not even what can I order for you today. I purchased 2 eight piece wings for $18. The wings were dehydrated, tiny wings the size of the orange sliced candy. Definitely not worth $9 each! A total rip off! Whoever owns this store, you need to do better. I understand food prices has gone up and you have passed the cost to the customer. At least maje sure the customer is getting the quality food they pay for!

Friday night was extremely busy!! The guy who was taking orders and preparing pizzas did an amazing job. I just really wanted to share my experience at that location which was my first time at that store. My hat off to him, he was very professional, handle every person with professionalism and kindness. He was very busy, extremely but he maintained his composure and got every costumer out as fast as he could. I didn’t get his name, he was a white guy; had some piercings and tattoos but he was super amazing! I wanted to come and give my review bc I was very impressed with him.

It looks like new employees and I usually get off at 10 and ALWAYS get something for the kids and now they close early every time I’ve come and this is the 5th time. I work 1 minute away. New sign says they close at 10:30 website says 10 now . Teenagers leaving with a boat load of food. Last 2x I came while one person is cleaning store. Stayed a few minutes after and the employees are bringing BOXES AND BOXES of pizza to their car.

So unprofessional, never ordering from the Willow St Little Ceasers again. My daughter can’t eat red sauce and they sent me only red sauce pizza, I specifically ordered only pizza with a different sauce on their online menu. Since all I can do in the app is get some of my money back I showed up in person with the pizzas to get the correct pizza. They were rude and blamed me for ordering it saying they don’t make the cheese sauce pizza anymore, they did not let me pick a different menu item and made us leave with the pizza we didn’t order saying to just refund it through the app. If an employee is reading this, you can get that removed off your menu in less than 24h if you contact support, but you chose to sell me this pizza 3 separate times and send a random pizza she has an allergy to, without canceling it or even letting me or the deliverer know about a substitution just to get a sell, it took 3 times before they told me and I had to show up in person just for them to. Never have I had another place send and make me pay for a random menu item I didn’t want. They are scummy and don’t care about their customers, just the money. Support a different location.

I don’t know what happened today, but I got some of the worst pizzas from this location that I have ever seen. I ordered 3 pizzas, and all three of them were overcooked, cold, and dry. I’m so aggravated that I spent any money on this bs. It’s one thing if only one of my pizzas was bad, but how do you mess up all 3 of them. After today, I will never go to this location ever again, and if you are reading this I would go elsewhere like Pizza Hut or Dominoes, where they actually care about the product that they give you. We’ve called, literally 13 times, and these people won’t even answer their phones. What a waste of time, gas, and money.

Let me preface by saying the staff has generally been friendly and the establishment looked overall clean.
4 separate events have led to this 1 star:
1) Paid online, father in law went pick up, he had to pay out of pocket, so we got charged twice.
2)Got served raw pizza dough and cheese wasn’t fully melted.
3)Paid extra for specialty pizzas and was given hot and ready classic pepperoni.
4) and the final straw. I LOVE Little Caesars pizza. But these last pies were SO SALTY!!! And I love my salty greasy pizza. This was over the top and inedible. I love little Caesars pizza. I will not stop buying pizza from this franchise. But I will NEVER visit this location ever again.

I made an online delivery order & the location cancelled my order because they were out of an item, instead of calling me, they cancelled my entire order & didn’t let doordash or me know. Completely ridiculous & unprofessional!! I tried calling the store & It keeps saying the number I’m calling is not available. I will never order anything from this location again. Waiting on my refund, if it’s not returned by Little Caesars ASAP I will take matters further. My doordash driver was extremely helpful unlike the staff at this store

Horrible service. Ordered online for delivery. Got updated that order would take about 45 minutes. Updated that driver picked up order and would be delivered in 18-20 minutes. 5 minutes later received a text that the order was cancelled due to technical difficulties.
