Went to pick up our order. I got there and was parking an employee was carrying 3 or 4 pizzas to a car. I was picking up 22 pizzas and NO ONE HELP me load them. This is the seconded time this has happened. I had to make 4 trips to get loaded. So if you make a big order, be sure you have someone with you to help loading them.

The piazza I ordered this evening was horrible. I order one over the weekend and it was delicious. Don’t know what happened by the time I received my order they were closed. I called no answer. It was burned and missing meat and cheese. I would like a refund or a credit. It was cold as well.

Probably the cleanest and best run Little Caesar’s I’ve been to (at least from Virginia on down) . The staff and food are excellent. They shut down the main entrance after dark, but it doesn’t seem to slow down getting your pizza from the drive through. We showed up after 8 at night, ordered 2 pizzas, Italian side and crazy bread and it materialized at the window seconds later.

Placed order online. Said it was “ready”. Got to store and had to wait over 10 minutes…. No customers were there. Pizza was absolutely disgusting. The “crazy bread” wasn’t edible. Food was cold. Staff is very unprofessional. We will NEVER eat here again.

Went in on a busy Saturday night and it was just 2 guys by themselves because their help was no call no show. I went inside because it was taking longer for our food than expected and got to watch them work while waiting. For as busy as they were, they were super calm and friendly. When I received my order I let the guy know I appreciated the way they handled their workload with having to run back and forth so much and stayed so patient. His reply, “thats all you can do… one order at a time” then thanked me and told me to have a good night. I meant to ask his name but forgot. With as much as people complain these days, it was really refreshing to see a couple of young men working so well together to get their job done when they could have just as easily been the complete opposite. So thank you guys!

Fast service great food at great price… The people that work there is really good at what they do and get to you quickly… I love the deals they have and how there pizza is always fresh… The store manager is awesome she always gets things done in a timely manner and the girl with the long hair also knows what she is doing. The store has gotten so much better and I would recommend this to anyone 5 out of 5 for me.

Hot and ready are usually not hot and ready. It’s better to call ahead and have one ready for you otherwise it will be about a 15 min. wait. It’s $7.17 for a 1 topping pizza.

Located in Bogalusa, this Little Caesars isn’t worth stopping at. I was not happy with the hot n ready I purchased even though I got it cooked fresh by adding extra sauce and cheese. The pizza was not good. Had to pull around and wait for it to get ready. I do not recommend.

What happened to the crust on the deep dish pizzas????? The last one I got did not even resemble what i have been getting for the last few years. This pizza was purchased on the 29th of May 2025. What did you do to the crust? I also want a refund for a pepperoni deep dish. At doordash cost!! Because you know they raise the price a little and then you have to give them a tip. So just give me back my fifteen dollars. And I’ll give you one more shot.If not I’ll go strictly back to pizza hut! That was disgusting!!!!
