Placed an order at the Crowder Blvd location. The order was hot and fresh. Came home to enjoy the dish but happened to turn the pizza over and there was a bug baked into the crust. I contacted the location immediately to inform the staff of the discovery and the guy who answered snickered and directed me to contact customer service. Contacted customer service which was an automatic system that directed callers to contact the actual location to speak with a store manager regarding order issues. I contacted the Crowder location again and they stated the manager was outside each time I called to tried to discuss this matter. Hopefully, it doesn’t occur again but I will NEVER return!!

I honestly don’t even wanna give any stars at all because I ordered pizza. It says it was delivered to my address. It did not get delivered so I called the store. TRASH, GARBAGE!!! Horrible Wings DO NOT taste like chicken! I don’t know what it is but it’s definitely not chicken. I ordered my food online so now i can’t get my money back. First- and last-time ordering anything from this DUMP. When I first walked inside Little Ceasars Pizza on Crowder this horrendous smell hit my nose immediately. If I would have come inside Little Ceasars Pizza instead of ordering online I wouldn’t have purchased anything!!

I placed an order through their app and waited about 20 minutes before I went to go get it. The app told me that my food was ready and everything. I get there and my food was not ready, then they tried to tell me someone came picked up my order. When I asked for a refund, they then said they couldn’t give me one because my order “hadn’t came to their system yet”.. I thought it was picked up?? They said I would had to call the headquarters for my refund… So I had to wait 20 more minutes for them to make my food bc they never actually made it. My food was good tho bc it was fresh.
