We were visiting town and had to grab some food to eat at the rail yard – Although the building has seen better days, the quality of the food and service was better than any other Little Cesar’s we’ve visited in Colorado, Wyoming, and Idaho during the past 10 years!

I went to the little Caesars in North Platte yesterday and when I pulled up to the window I waited 10 minutes before someone came to take my order. All I wanted was a classic pepperoni and they said there was no hot and readys and that it would be an HOUR LONG WAIT for a basic pizza. For some reason I waited the hour and when nobody came out to give me my pizza I went inside and nobody was in the building! I yelled for somebody and about a minute later someone came out looking like they just woke up from a nap asking what a needed. I said I ordered a pizza an hour ago and she said “oh let me get that” and went to the back and grabbed an old and cold pizza. I took the pizza anyways and didn’t even pay and when I opened the box the cheese was melted onto the top. I through the pizza away and I think it’s safe to say I’m never coming back.

I tried to get pizza as a surprise for my kids. It was hot and ready time, there was only two pizzas ready, it’d be 10 minutes for anything else. I took the two and asked for crazy bread. When we got home, the crazy bread was pizza crust cut up. It was not good. Very disappointed. The pizza was sad too. The young man who helped us was really nice and seemed sorry that there was no selection. I wish he would have warned me that the crazy bread was not real crazy bread. Oh well. Maybe I’ll try again in a couple months.

I love little Cesar when the food is hot a fresh . But this one at this location in north platte Nebraska . Is the worst I have ever seen and it’s not just once it is every single time. The people taking your order don’t care about customer service the people making the pizza don’t care about how it looks or quality of the pizza . They never have fresh pizza up it’s always a wait and the pizza is no we’re near what little Cesar’s product should be . They need to be shut down or wiped clean and new management and personnel to take over . It’s absolutely Horrible ! And until then,I will never eat their agin.

Stopped going here over a year ago because the quality of food they continued to put out was terrible. Decided a little over a month ago to give it another try because they had brought back their Pretzel Pizza. In this time I have went there to order this pizza 6 times & have only received it a total of 1 time due to them always being out of the ingredients to make it. Explain to me why if they continue to run out time & time again do they not order more to avoid this. It just doesn’t make sense to me!! Not sure I will be returning there anytime soon

If I could give zero stars I would. Half of my order was missing after paying for it. Bread sticks were extremely dry and hard. Pretzel pizza was overly salted to the point of being inedible. All sauces ordered were missing even though they were payed for and no refund was allowed for everything missing from my order. Save your money and go anywhere else.

No hot an ready and no wings .. at least 5 people working… I understand .. being short handed an not getting product besides I prefer my pizza fresh. Ordered a classic beef was told 10 to 15 minute wait . No problem I just wait inside store for it. 17:23:17 pm [5:23 pm] ordered an paid for. 5:38 pm rolls around its been 15 minutes No pizza gave it 20 more minutes they have already taken at least 5 more in person orders. I catch someone said just checking on my beef pizza was told 10 to 15 and its been 35 to 40 minites.. let me go check 5 minutes later comes up pulls it out of a warmer cabinet an this is what I got btw cheese is not brown! Hard as a rock and dry. Why didn’t they bring it out to me in the lobby?

I went to little Caesars on a fine Friday evening to get a pizza. I waited for 45 minutes and no one came to get my order. What was even worse is that there were workers hiding behind the counters on their phones. I knocked on the window no one came. When I got the pizza after my wait they said sorry we didn’t see you. I was angry but I took my pizza and said thank you. I got my pizza and it was cold with no cheese. I used to love little Caesar’s but not anymore.

I pre-ordered my food hours before knowing it would be busy when I went to pick it up. I was told it was not ready and the ticket was still on the line when I came to pick it up. It wasn’t until who I am guess was the manager came up and actually looking at the pizza’s in the warmers and found most of the people in the lobbies pizzas were in there done including mine. Some people had been waiting an hour only to realize there pizza was done 30 minutes ago. I know this is a cheep pizza place but I do not remember service being this bad 10 years ago.
