I love little ceasers but this is the worst one I’ve been too. Aweful service and aweful food. Such a waste of money. Got cold pizza and cold rock hard bread sticks that look like the just pour butter on them. Gross at least there’s no maggots.

Second time I’ve gone in 30 days, went back a second time hoping they had an off day. Both times it took over an hour for one standard pizza, and I called my order in 30 minutes in advance both times. The last time (witch will be my last time) I ordered pretzel crust and it wasn’t even pretzel crust. They had what looked like a full staff, at least 4 people. Terrible food quality, staff didn’t have a clue what they where doing and multiple people left due to the long wait. I like Little Ceasars, but I will never go back to this location.

Sat in the drive thru tonight for just about 30 minutes!! I get up to the window and was told the didn’t have any pepperoni pizzas all they had was beef pizza!! This place is going down hill fast.. I don’t know how they are still open.. last time I visited this business it wasn’t any better… Lady at the window was rude and I will be taking my money somewhere else… GOOD LUCK LITTLE CAESARS YOUR SERVICE IS TRASH… I wouldn’t waste my time going here!!

No hot an ready and no wings .. at least 5 people working… I understand .. being short handed an not getting product besides I prefer my pizza fresh. Ordered a classic beef was told 10 to 15 minute wait . No problem I just wait inside store for it. 17:23:17 pm [5:23 pm] ordered an paid for. 5:38 pm rolls around its been 15 minutes No pizza gave it 20 more minutes they have already taken at least 5 more in person orders. I catch someone said just checking on my beef pizza was told 10 to 15 and its been 35 to 40 minites.. let me go check 5 minutes later comes up pulls it out of a warmer cabinet an this is what I got btw cheese is not brown! Hard as a rock and dry. Why didn’t they bring it out to me in the lobby?

Ordered 2 extra most bestest pepperoni pizzas and one order of garlic parm wings. Got there at 7:05pm. An hour later, 15 cars have come and gone and we are still waiting. Staff needs to be faster and have things ready! It should not take so long for a small order. If we wanted to wait this long, we would have gone to an actual restaurant, not a fast food place.

I went to the little Caesars in North Platte yesterday and when I pulled up to the window I waited 10 minutes before someone came to take my order. All I wanted was a classic pepperoni and they said there was no hot and readys and that it would be an HOUR LONG WAIT for a basic pizza. For some reason I waited the hour and when nobody came out to give me my pizza I went inside and nobody was in the building! I yelled for somebody and about a minute later someone came out looking like they just woke up from a nap asking what a needed. I said I ordered a pizza an hour ago and she said “oh let me get that” and went to the back and grabbed an old and cold pizza. I took the pizza anyways and didn’t even pay and when I opened the box the cheese was melted onto the top. I through the pizza away and I think it’s safe to say I’m never coming back.

This place us horribly managed. Completely overwhelmed. No concern for customers. Couldn’t care less about your order or getting it processed and made. So incredibly rude. They need to fire this staff and start over with an emphasis on their customer service.

As of recently, LS has really been very consistent across the country. I have tried them in different States and everything has been good. Still not to the early days of mid 80s but value for money is now coming thru. Keep it up.
