My husband orders the same thing every single time we go here…pepperoni pizza w sliced ham we have been ordering this EVERY TIME WE ORDER and it was never an issue. For the past few months one girl who works at the front can not seem to figure out what he is trying to order after he went to the store he called to place an order and was IMMEDIATELY placed on hold and kept on hold while driving to the store when my husband went into the store he saw all the workers upfront talking (this was 10 minutes after he initially made the call where he was still on hold) he proceeded to order a Pepperoni pizza with sliced ham the same order weve been getting for over a year . And she STILL got our order wrong.

Went through drive through and ordered a 3 meat pizza and was told there would be a 10-15 minute wait. that was fine, but after 25 minutes waiting i entered the store to collect my order and had to wait while they finally started to get everything put together. While upset I understand that they must have been busy. I finally get the pizzas home and find that the pizza that I had to wait for because it was supposedly being made hot and fresh for me is cold. Service at this location has been bad regularly but is becoming to common to put up with any longer.

The order was fine except they charge 1.00 for crazy sauce and then you don’t get it. If they are going to charge extra for condiments needed to eat their food they should ensure you get them.

Tonight the pepperoni pizza and crazy bread was delicious!!! The peperonis were even crispy I ordered in the drive thru and was asked to park to wait for the crazy bread. The lady working the drive thru said she would bring it out to me i waited just a few minutes and she delivered with a smile. So professional kind and polite!!!

The pizza was a good value for $5 and the bacon cheesy sticks was also tasty as well.It was my first time having those. The cashier on the other hand was not so helpful and was rude to me when I asked her for a receipt. She replied ” OMG ” and even rolled her eyes at me. Like really ??? its all so normal for people to ask for a receipt. She had to get a manager to print one out for me so the trip took longer 5 mind longer than it’s supposed to. Overall I would’ve enjoyed this minus the rudeness. The bacon cheesy sticks were better than I expected. The bread was not soggy and real bacon bits. All toppings plus cheese In it tastes premium. Full of flavor I was surprised.

I ordered an extra most bestest Italian sausage on the app and this time and the last looked more like a normal Italian sausage if not a cheese. This time I asked why it looked like a regular Italian sausage and the gentleman just stared at me without a word. I was weirded out so I just said it was fine and I left. Debating whether I should return after two disappointing visits.
