Ordered online and when I got there the to get my sodas they were out of the Pineapple Pepsi and the other sodas we had ordered. When I asked if they were planning on refunding those since they didn’t have what I wanted the lady had to call her manager. The manager said I would just have to pick something else that they were not going to issue a refund. Only two things I could pick from were water and root beer. When I got back to my work and sat down at the break table the pizza was burnt and did not look like they cared when they made them. I worked food service for 20 years and it is not hard to have good customer service but I guess it was here.

Are there new pretzel crust pizza they did not ask me if. I wanted marinara or cheese they just assumed. And then I had called them back and they told me that they are not able to replace it. I spent$28 and some cents their customer service even though they made a mistake they still will not be compensated you. So I will not be going to this Little Caesars again.

First off, the pizza was wet and soggy and falling apart. When I called they refused to admit they could have messed up. I reordered they pizzas hoping they would be better, NOPE! Now, when my husband went to pick up the pizzas he found the staff mocking me and ridiculing me. This establishment has lost my business and so had the grocery store it is attached to. The staff is nothing but kids and the managers are the same as the grocery stores. They should not be making pizzas and if the manager cannot control her staff, she needs to be fired. simple as that. GROW UP STAFF!!

This review is for the owner, not the workers. I don’t get to eat much unhealthy food for medical reasons, so I want it right when I do indulge. I ordered a Fanceroni pizza (thin crust with different pepperonis) along with some wings and Italian cheese bread. I drove 15 minutes each way. When I got home, the pizza was a regular crust/regular pepperoni pizza. I immediately called and was told they don’t have the other kind of pepperoni for these and never will, so they just make regular pepperoni pizza. I was really just wanting a thin crust, which the Fanceroni is. Why don’t you have them make just a thin crust pepperoni, which actually resembles the Faneroni. So I paid more for a regular pizza with thicker crust, which I did not ask for. You are so far off with your logic, you might as well of made me a Detroit style pizza. It makes the same sense. It shouldn’t be an option to order if you don’t have it! Then, to make something completely different and hope I am too dumb to notice is the cherry on top. Needless to say, I immediately threw it away and ordered from somewhere capable to making what I ask for. Thank you for wasting my time and money.

Team members don’t answer the phone. Came in to order and 2 Team members were hiding under the counter on thier phones. I had to say “hello” 3 times to break the digital trance they were in. They continued to read foul mouthed texts aloud while I waited for my order. We are off to a great start.

Great service, one person running the show on a Saturday. Took a little longer as stuff crust was ordered. Very affordable and we have leftovers, highly recommend will go again!
