I ordered a cheese pizza to go over the phone . When I went to pick up, I didn’t check the pizza. Upon getting home I found out they gave me a pepperoni pizza instead of cheese. I drove back to the store and tried to correct it. A young man told me they would make another cheese pizza. I waited for almost 30 minutes and the pizza still wasn’t ready. As I was standing there waiting patiently, a young man was telling another guy about how he misspelled my name on the order and put in the wrong item. That guy started talking about how he wouldn’t make a mistake and said that I needed to fix my language. All this happened while I was standing there and he didn’t know that I was the customer in question. I then answered him that I didn’t mention anything about pepperoni pizza while I was on the phone with him. That set him off and he started going off about how he is only 16 years old and I’m an adult alongside many disrespectful things. I called over the manager, and as I was talking with the manager, he continued yelling at me that another employee had to try to pull him away from the counter. The manager was not helpful in this situation as he was mostly quiet and just said he will talk to him. After that I was frustrated at the situation and canceled to enter order. I have never had an experience like this before and I was just in shock at the situation.

this was my first time having little ceasers in about 5 years so I was pretty nervous about ordering but my food was awesome I really enjoyed the stuffed pretzel crust-I think I spoke to the manager as well he seemed like a cool Guy

Sadly this is a store that needs more people. Not the manager’s fault or anything. It is a busy location with not enough help. Last time I went in I asked how long of a wait for 2 cheese pizzas and was told 10 minutes. I proceeded to wait there for about 20-25 minutes while the lobby got PACKED with people. There were even 2 people there who had put in their order at 4pm and it still wasn’t ready by 6pm. If anyone from there is reading this a bit of advice: just tell people a realistic time frame. If you tell me 20 to 30 minutes and it takes 15 to 20 I’m not upset. If you say 10 minutes and it takes twice that amount of time I was lied to. I’m not mad just something to help if you have any upset customers.
