Stop in here for lunch about once a week! WILL NOT BE BACK! Food quality has gone down hill. Ordered a cheese bread and crazy bread combo! Total is 14$ get outside to enjoy lunch and the cheese bread looks like its been sitting there for days! Mind you its only 11:15 am. The crazy bread i assume was thrown in the microwave from yesterday! Flat and hard as a rock couldn’t even eat it! Will not return to this location again. Id suggest that you save your time and money and go elsewhere also! Used to be good months ago but just keeps going down hill!

Guy behind counter extremely rude!! Tried to tell us we broke the machine that released the pizza. We didn’t understand how to use it but we did not break it. He was also frustrated we did not know about the code to open the door to our pizza. Also ranted to another customer that it would cost $3000 to fix. I will not ever go back! NEVER!

We just ordered chicken wings and a pepperoni pizza. Both were SERIOUSLY under cooked.when we opened the chicken wings they were soggy and mushy, took one bite and were so under cooked they were still pink, the pizza was so undercooked the toppings wouldn’t stay on it, the bottom was falling out and it was basically like eating raw dough.

It all depends on who’s working. Whenever one of the guys is there, I think he is the manager, then the order always comes out great. If it’s the younger girl that’s working, then she always screws up the order and is lazy. A hot and ready cheese pizza $6.99 roughly, but I always order the cheese pizza with extra sauce which usually cost about two dollars more but I like to have the extra sauce and I like it to be freshly made. I live about five minutes from there and so I pick it up pretty quickly and whenever she’s working, it is always obvious that all she did is just took a hot and ready cheese pizza and stuck the sticker on it for the cheese pizza with extra sauce because the pizza is older and doesn’t have the extra sauce.

I came in around 12:45 for a pizza and drinks for my team. The guy behind the counter was sitting down and didn’t even acknowledge me for 2 minutes but he knew I was there. He then continued to play his game on his phone loudly for another minute before taking my order. (He still had the game playing loudly) I said thank you and he just looked back at his phone.
Overall a bad experience but at least the pizza is good

If you had to call one place and them not answer and your life depended on it, this would be the place. I’ve called from outside the store with no answer and walked in to them having 0 customers and them sitting behind the register on their phone. Terrible at just about everything. And God forbid they mess up your order, because not only did you try to call to save time with no luck, but you had to wait in their lobby for 20 minutes, then they refuse to make your food corrections. Just pay the extra money and go to a place with some work ethic.

Placed an order in-person. Requested “No-Cut” on both pizzas. The cashier even repeated back to me “No-Cut” before paying for the order. Food was prepared quick, fresh, and was actually better than what Little Caesars pizza normally tastes like. However, BOTH pizzas were cut… I even tipped the order and regretted that I did because they didn’t follow instructions. It’s not like I was asking anything difficult…
Edit: bought pizza through the app and tried calling the store to request a change on the order. Called 10 times and no one picked up. When I arrived the cashier was sitting on his phone behind the counter…never ordering from this location again.

Quick and efficient. Thank you! Puffs are yummy. The girls working today are so very rude. She texted for 2 minutes, rolled her eyes at me and asked what i wanted. Then she continued to text while I stared at her. She needs a good lesson on customer service.
