Called ahead and very clearly ordered stuffed pretzel crust for pick up. Picked it up and get it out to my car and see it very much is not pretzel, but regular stuffed crust with salt on it. Go back in and showed it to the girl behind the counter and she actually insisted multiple times this is pretzel crust. It has salt on it yes, but it’s beyond obvious it’s just their reg stuffed crust. She insisted so confidently that I actually questioned myself but then when my husband saw it he too was like yeah that’s not pretzel lol. Seems all they did was add the salt and call it pretzel lol. I’m ok with honest mistakes happening but at least own up and know the difference between your products.

This place is absolutely ridiculous. They always have employees off the clock in the back messing around. This is the 3rd time I’ve had to wait for my food and there is atleast 6 employees. There should be no wait when I do my order online. I get getting backed up every once in a while but it shouldn’t happen every time I go. The employees didn’t apologize for the wait either. I put my order in at 8:13 pm and did not receive my order until 9:00 pm 45 min wait for a pizza and breadsticks unreal. I will be staying clear from this place.

This location has gone down hill. We won’t be back. No “hot & ready” pizzas ready at all. Undercooked & gross. Kid employees standing around talking or on their phones with customers lined up & no pizzas ready. Unfortunate since we used to love them. Garbage.

Tried to call in order no answer. Get there kids at counter says “we usually don’t answer the phones”. Ordered 2 pizzas and cheesy bread. Didn’t look at pizzas. Dropped one off for wife at work went home to find this debacle in a box. Cheesy bread was hot and fresh though. Took the Pizza back and told a new kid that I wanted the entire order replaced he agreed. He tried to just give me the pizzas and not the cheesy bread the second time after I explained to him replacing the cheesy bread was compensation for the 40 minutes of driving I had to do he went and got the cheesy bread that he had just cut. He did Apologize he wasn’t the one responsible for the pizzas however I’m probably going to stick with Casey’s
