This is an exemplary location that gives an experience you hope to expect. I ordered online for pickup from the pizza portal. I was emailed 5 minutes before my order pickup time that my order had been loaded into the portal and was given a code. I got there, entered the store and was greeted by both employees who came out of the back to say hi and have a good night even though I didn’t need a human to get my order. The portal functioned properly and the employees were friendly in a way that qualifies as “above and beyond” these days. Thank you!!!

My husband and I ordered some food here this afternoon only because I happened to have a gift card as we don’t usually eat here. When we walked in to place our order, we had to wait on the employee to finish eating her food. Our pan pizza was super burnt all the way around. The crazy bread was flavorless and the sauce was cold.

Food was pretty much gross, just look at the website menu pictures versus what I actually got. I always want to give this location a shot because it’s close and I usually like Little Caesar’s but this visit was so bad I’m writing a review to remind myself it’s just not worth it.

To think you would need to cross the Atlantic Ocean to go to Italy to get an authentic pie… oh how the times have changed. This little Caesars location is the pinnacle of pie. Within ordering through their easily accessible app my pizza was ready within 15 minutes, made hot and fresh. The two girls working helped me navigate their futuristic pizza machine that holds your pizza hot, and out of the reach of others. Not to mention their professionalism and customer service being through the roof. If you’re not getting your pizza from this Little Caesars location, you may need to rethink a few things.

Make sure you have a pizza cutter at home, ordered three pizzas, 2 looked like they were cut but were not and the Detroit deep dish was not even touched just thrown in a box half cooked. Cheese was not all the way melted and no signs of being tried to cut. They said “next time we will try harder”

This location has gone down hill. We won’t be back. No “hot & ready” pizzas ready at all. Undercooked & gross. Kid employees standing around talking or on their phones with customers lined up & no pizzas ready. Unfortunate since we used to love them. Garbage.
