I ordered a pizza late at night during one of the slippery snow nights. The price is great, and I ordered a pizza and breadsticks for around 12 dollars! It took me a while to get there, but the pizza was still hot, and even though it was close to closing when I finally got through the drive through pickup, there wasn’t any problem!

Ordered dinner from this location. A Deep Dish Detroit Style Supreme pizza With extra sauce, square cut
Pizza arrived at the wrong address, had to go get it. It was a Detroit Style deep dish with simply sauàge, no extra sauce. No veggies. When I called to try and work out a resolution, to no avail. Little Caesars wanted me to come pick up a re-make which is a 46 minute walk. I don’t have a vehicle. When I asked if I reordered through a 3rd party, add some additional items in order to replace the pizza I received, they couldn’t do that either. The only other option is to return the pizza tomorrow and then they will make another pizza for us. Which leaves us no dinner tonight without reordering the same pizza and paying a second time. These types of mistakes are so troublesome. We have saved the Whole pizza minus the first bite. I think my hopes of continuing with Little Caesars is becoming a reality. I’m not certain if this information will reach anyone who can make a difference when facing such matters.A dry pizza, missing all the ingredients expected, Very disappointed and very hungry..

The second set of Pizzas are replacements from another reputable venue who was able to ensure we had dinner tonight.

This is the RUDEST most UNPROFESSIONAL Little Caesars in town. Every time you order pizza thru the app or in person, they mess up the order and then get all upset, pissy and rude when they have to correct their mistakes. We ordered in the app for pick up thru the portal and they gave the food to someone else. They tried to accuse us of picking up the food. When they realized THEY SCREWED UP, they where Rude to us and had a HORRIBLE attitude when they had to remake the order. On top of that, they will literally ignore anyone standing at the cashier trying to place an order or ask for assistance. However they will be quick to answer any personal phone call and put the people that they’re talking to on speakerphone. Most of time it’s a co-worker asking for free food. They will tell you that they don’t have any pizza available besides pepperoni and cheese but the moment an employee asks for a three meat or a sausage, they magically have one available. When you order crazy bread you have to ask them for the sauce that you paid for and they give you a dirty look when you say ” hey you forgot the sauce”. If you stand in the lobby long enough you’ll observe that the reason the drive-through takes so long is because they’re clowning around with each other while people wait to be assisted. It’s not like they’re bringing out custom orders, most the time people are asking for whatever is hot and ready but yet it’s a long process because you can’t interrupt them horsing around. On top of that take a peek behind the counter and you can see how dirty this place is. I understand it’s just fast food and it’s Little Caesars so quality isn’t exactly expected. However you would think that this place would be ran just a little bit better considering how busy it is. It’s probably one of the busiest and most profitable Little Caesars in the Omaha area. Unfortunately it’s the most poorly ran one as well.

This location of Little Caesar’s rocks! We always order here and the quality is always top notch. I use the user friendly app to order online and then pick it up in the lobby using the pizza portal. It’s foolproof! My order is always right and the pizza portal keeps it warm just in case I’m a couple minutes late! Prices can’t be beat!!! This pizza is not gourmet but definitely goes great with a couple Busch lattes!

Little Caesars is an affordable and easy way to take care of dinner for the kids. They seem to live it although I don’t think it’s the best pizza it’s definitely not bad. I would recommend.

Got there at 1150 ordered a lunch combo. They said they had one ready. Looks like it’s been there since yesterday. Dried out and kind of burnt Definitely. Should not have to pay full price for this pizza. If I ever get one like this again? I will return it and tell them I want a fresh one. But you would think at that time they should have fresh ones.

I order online the same thing every time and pay $10.61 stopped by to pick up the same stuffed crunch pepperoni pizza was suddenly $15. Are they pocketing the extra money since we were going to pay cash? Or is their store tax crazy high???

we ordered they told us it was a 15 minute wait after about 20 minutes we went back in and they said they forgot to make our order and was acting so clueless about our order they need to go though some type of customer service classes and have their manager educate them on how to deal with these situations matter of fact they need to train there associates to not forget orders

Every time we get food from here it has been hard, over cooked food. As if it was cooked in the mornings and sat in the warmers all day. Yes, we keep going back with the hopes that the next order will be good, but sadly get disappointed. We are doing our part to help our community and our local businesses. Hopefully something changes. My wife and I have been talking about switching to Domino’s Pizza or Papa John Pizza if the next order is a flop. We’ve given almost 2yrs of loyalty to this Little Ceasars Pizza location but need to draw the line at some point. Very disheartening and disappointed, would not recommend. Dirty, disorganized,employees are very rude when talked to about the issues. Been told if we don’t like it , don’t eat it, there are other Pizza parlors and some other unpleasantness from the workers
