Tonight I had one of the best pizzas I’ve had from that little Caesars in Garden City. Normally, the pretzel crust pizza, with cheese sauce comes only with pepperoni on it. I requested to have pepperoni and sausage and extra cheese on my pizza. Initially they were reluctant to do it as they stated that there was no way that they could ring it up. But they figured out a way to do it and we’re able to make my pizza the way I requested it. It was made PERFECTLY! It was hot and fresh. I also ordered crazy bread, which it was also fresh and made perfectly. The cashier was very friendly and smiled graciously to me as she served me and took my payment as well as notifying me that it would be a few more minutes till it was ready. From what I could see the kitchen and preparation area was relatively clean and organized. I have experienced, having worked at Little Caesars in a prior capacity, understanding the operations of how the store should run and generally what corporate expectations and standards are for Little Ceasers products. I must say that the food I ate today met those standards. Excellent Job to the M.O.D. and crew that worked. Work to maintain the standards! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Ordered through door dash. That called by little caesars, telling me that they didn’t have all that they needed for my order.And wanted to know if I wanted to cancel. Took nearly an hour and forty five minutes for me to get my order delivered by doordash.When it was originally only a forty five minute wait. Disappointed because not only did I not get my food I originally ordered. they call and wanted to know if I wanted to cancel my order.

The girl was nice at the window but the pizza tasted old or maybe even overcooked idk but it was very dry and hard to bite.. normally the pizza is good and fresh but not today maybe because it is a Monday and maybe it is a slow day who knows.. but we still ate it and my kids did as well

Most of the time the pizza if fine, sometimes overcooked. The biggest issue is the service, almost every time we use the drive though, there is a 15 minute wait for the pizza! It really seems like they don’t care how the place is ran!
Update: I went inside and asked where our pizza’s were, and the manager apologized for the long wait and gave us three free pizzas and a free crazy bread card. I was glad to see that they were taking responsibility.

I ordered my Pizza online and waited over an hour. Went inside and and they said they lost my 3 pizzas and said we are making u some more and walked away and didn’t even give me a chance to talk. I waited for some one to come back and I’m watching them make pizza and they don’t wear gloves and the manager was eating out of the containers that the food is in and making pizza at the Sametime with no gloves. I told them I want a refund and the manager didn’t even apologize to us voided the order and walked away. I checked my bank account and was charged twice! This place is horrible and I will not be backed. I’m calling the GM cause I want my money back asap!!!!

I really like the price, but my last visit I ordered online; my order wasn’t ready. Also, I tried the new Quattro, but the cuts were so bad and the toppings so scattered it may as well have been a supreme. I will update if my next visit improves.

These are absolutely pathetic. I have never seen such pathetic looking breadsticks in my life. We tried to have the manager take these back and make them correctly, but all we got from her was explicit laced berateing on this is how we do things here. Then she proceeded to attempt to keep my order and after demanding it back and receiving it, I was met with the same night manager as before who then called me a” piece of s**t” and threatened to call the police. Congratulations whoever the owner is of this store, I will never be doing business with you again, or recommending anyone goes this store.

Ordered the fancaroni pepperoni and it was a disgraceful. False advertising for sure. Only because I’m diabetic and I needed to eat but I had one piece with the toppings off the 2nd piece. Plus I don’t even live in the same town as Little Caesars and I couldn’t take it back to them.
