The first time I’ve ever been 100% happy with my visit to little Caesars salina. If there girl working the register around 7pm Saturday jan 17th isn’t manager. She should be. And the cooks made my pizza and cooked it perfectly. And thus was even during busy times. They werent rushed and. Kept everything under control. Don’t order at the one on Crawford in Salina, KS unless you call ahead to verify the actual wait time. Their app isn’t even remotely accurate anymore and there is never hot and ready pizzas.
The last 4 times we’ve tried to order pizza from this Little Caesar’s over the last several months they’ve had NO hot and ready pizzas and they’ve been behind on orders by at least an hour. They don’t adjust their wait times online so you know ahead of time so you have no way to plan for this. I can understand this happening if you get short handed. But every time for a span of months isn’t a one time thing. It’s a consistent problem that isn’t being addressed. The lady who refunded my order was rude when I asked for a refund because I didn’t have an extra hour past my pick up time to wait for food. I think we are done with this particular Little Caesars.

Love it! Been eating Little Ceasars since the kids were babies. We really never buy pizza anywhere else. I always order ahead for pickup and it’s always ready within 25 minutes. Get their app. It’s the easiest way to order.

Got my food and the pizza was still doughy inside, tried to call to get it resolved, and no one answered so I came up to the store and the young boy at the front was very sweet and apologetic, but when he took it back the woman (believe he said her name was Arlene or something like that) tried saying it was just cheese from the stuffed crust, but THE ENTIRE PIZZA WAS DOUGH not just the crust, and she sent him back up front to give it back to me. I said no absolutely not and ripped the pizza apart to show more evidence of the dough, and embarrassed myself in the process (I don’t normally act like this) but I don’t care. If you’re really the manager, your number one job is to resolve the issues, not argue and create more issues. And there several other reviews of the same issue on here. This manager needs restraining in customer service.

This is the worst little Ceasars in existence. Never enough staff. When they have food its cold and they NEVER have food. Whether its 1130 during lunch rush or 3pm middle of the day there us a 35 minute wait for pizza that is supposed to be stocked in the over. When asked why theres no food ready we were told if we dont like it to go somewhere else by managment. Close this place down so a better food joint can take the spot.

Ordered just (crazy bread) breadsticks at 645. Went in at 715 when the app said my order would be done. I waited there a whole hour and i counted 15 people getting their food before me. Then they were making wings that you can just come in and pick up. I finally asked for a refund and the manager on duty was very rude and unprofessional. Will not be returning.

Huge shout out to the team at Little Caesars in Salina, KS! We had set up on Saturday for an order for tonight of 27 pizzas at 5 o’clock and 47 pizzas at 7 o’clock, and they handled it like total rock stars.
Not only was the order perfect, but they were fast, friendly, and made the whole process stress-free. Special thanks to AnnElise, the manager, for being so accommodating and making it all happen. Our boys were fed, happy, and very thankful—and so are we!
Highly recommend this location for their incredible service and ability to handle big orders with ease.

I’ve been going to little Caesars for about 4 years and have been getting the same thing every time. Almost every time I’ve gone the food has always had some wrong with it. It’s either undercooked or they skimped on the pepperonis. Even after being remade the problems continue. When asked to be remade the cooks are usually very rude about it to other employees. When the food is made right it’s delicious but it never is. Bring back chip and Mike the food wasn’t always perfect but they always made sure it got fixed.
