I ordered a stuffed pretzel crust and some crazy puffs and instead got regular stuffed crust and instead of the crazy puffs I ordered they gave me bread sticks. I showed up at the store the next morning to get the food I paid for and they told me that unless I ordered the pretzel crust again they couldn’t make it because it was online promotion only. Then they made me wait 25 minutes for the crazy puffs. Absolutely ridiculous, zero accountability and no desire to make things right. I came in with pictures and a good attitude.

You got to love it when people can’t get a simple order right I ordered three pizzas and only two of them were stuffed crust went all three was supposed to be stuffed crust the other two don’t even look pretzel crust at all but they got the salt on it.

On a football Sunday, I did a delivery order for a 3 Meat Treat Pizza and Pepperoni Crazy Puffs. The pizza was delivered on time and piping hot. The bake on the pie was spot on, I got pepperoni in almost every bite, and the Italian sausage was nicely seasoned. The cheese was well portioned with a nice pull and the sauce had the garlic and oregano notes I appreciate. My only knock on this 3 Meat Treat was the lack of bacon, which was finely chopped, almost minced, and not at all a generous portion. In appearance, the pie was more like a 2 Meat Treat. Overall, a good pizza experience from LC! The Pepperoni Crazy Puffs did not disappoint either. A balanced bite, the puff, sauce, cheese, and pepperoni is a mini pizza dance in the mouth.

I am very disappointed all the way around. I got a pizza large 2 topping that was to be Pepperoni, bacon, and extra sauce. I got a pizza that looked like an already made Pepperoni pizza that was taken out of the hot and ready box and added bacon on it and put it back thru over. This pizza is so crunchy. I can’t go back today but would absolutely love my pizza remade. Horrible experience with this store. Yes, I called and got hung up on before I could speak to anyone. Normally, my experience is good, but 1st time at this location!!!! It’s like eating crackers with no sauce. It’s dry and crunchy!

I’ve worked in kitchens half my life and just can’t understand! How can a pizza come up on your screen and it say “crazy” bread and “crazy” crust on it and zero crazy gets put on it. Baffling! Big gal got snippy when I asked for the extra sauce I paid for. Got snippy when I wasn’t happy about the only 2 liter available being hot, and the only single thing in the cooler, when there are literally cases just waiting to be refrigerated next to it?!? Extra sauce I paid for went unused due to the lack of cray cray on my items! Just look at the pics! All the crazy bread lovers know that paper should be drenched in butter, and made crazy!! I mean come on y’all! I literally only go to LC for the CRAZY!!!!! I usually just go with the pep hot n ready, but this time I felt like goin nuts! The lack of care put into the product while having at least 5 people working in there is unfortunately the only thing Crazy in the lil ditty of an experience I had this evening.

As someone who has also worked in food service, I can’t imagine looking at this and saying it’s okay to send out. The pizza has no sauce, is cut like they’ve never been trained, burnt, open upon delivery. The amount of issues with this is preposterous.

Terrible food quality either the raw pizza dough or the butter less bread sticks. The lack of pride in work or quality shows from the sloppy cuts and wrong toppings. Worst experience I’ve ever had at a little Caesars.

So I walked up to the door to pick up a doordash at about 10:45 pm (meanwhile closing time 11pm) and the employee looked at me and shook her head no at me and locked the door so I got back in my car to contact support and I was told to take a photo of the hours on the door so I got out and walked up took a photo and as I’m walking back to my car the same lady unlocked the door and started yelling and cussing at me about taking a photo and didn’t even let me explain what I was doing so I will definitely be calling corporate in the morning… Cause I have never been so disrespected in my life!!! Especially for doing my job

My childhood LC. When I was low on cash, this LC location had me right . Never once encountered a bad employee. Everyone here has personality working in the back and the front, making everything feel less corporate and more natural. +1 to all employees here, they need a dang raise fr.
