Just a FYI there is no Hot N Ready at this location. If you go in and ask they will tell you it’s gonna be 30-40 mins. If your order pizza online expect it to be luke warm at best because the person packaging the food when it comes out of the oven just stacks it in the corner on the counter instead of placing it in the warmer, so when the app doesn’t tell you it’s done and you go in to check chances are it’s sitting on the counter mixed around with other orders. When I came in tonite to pickup the pizza my wife ordered online I asked if I could get a hot n ready order of Ceaser wings because I could see that was the only thing in the warmer, the guy wouldn’t sell them because he didn’t know if they were needed for other orders. While I was standing there waiting for them to locate my countertop order two separate guys came in and asked for Hot N Ready pizzas and they were each told it would be a 30-40 mins for pizza so they turned and left. This Franchise owner is leaving money on the table by letting the clowns Run the Circus.

Solid Hot-N-Ready Win at Little Caesars!
Stopped by Little Caesars craving something quick and cheesy, and they mostly delivered. The Pepperoni Stuffed Crust Pizza was an absolute standout – that gooey ring of cheese baked right into the crust is dangerously addictive, and the pepperoni had that perfect crisp cupping we all love. Paired it with the Italian Cheese Bread, and wow – garlicky, buttery, loaded with cheese and that parmesan dusting on top. It disappeared way too fast.
Only real complaint: the Pretzel Crust Pepperoni Pizza was a salt bomb. The pretzel flavor itself is a cool touch, but whoever seasoned it that day went overboard with the salt shaker. If they dialed that back just a bit, it’d easily be a 10/10.
Still, for the price and speed, Little Caesars crushed it Wednesday. The stuffed crust and cheese bread combo is worth the trip alone. Will definitely be back (just skipping the pretzel next time unless they fix the salt levels)!

I’m a Dasher who just picked up an order from this location. Not only did the people not acknowledge the customers they let a long line grow that didn’t need to happen. It appears that there were at least two workers but neither came up to the counter when there was three or four customers in line. If they had, they would have been able to get rid of that line quickly because all the orders were already completed waiting to be picked up. So instead of getting everybody out of their happy and in a timely manner with their hot food, they chose to let everyone and the food wait. This is the location I would be using if I ordered for myself but I will make sure to order from a different location in the future.

It’s pretty typical but for some reason we’re here given pizza that had the texture of unrised bread. The bottom had the texture and sound of flat cardboard. It was dense, very little cheese and the manager with the diy box black Karen cut was constantly giving me ugly looks from the kitchen. I don’t normally go to this little Caesars and probably will not. I’m going to start just going the extra half mile to the other again.

Do not click on the directions for this specific location as it will take you to the park by the zoo! I talked to the manager and they’re fully aware that the address is incorrect on the website but nobody at corporate wants to fix it! Everybody at that location was very friendly

Service is terrible now. Lost my order and after 5 minutes found it was right there the whole time. Then came in to find out they failed to tell me the system was down and it was Cash only. Even called in while I was still there and they still told me to come in and I could use a credit card. It was okay pizza, but after the last two times I will never go back to this location again…but due to location, I’ve came back a few times. Still better places to order from, but wasn’t awful. Bummed them up to 2 stars.

5/21/24, 21st & Amidon, Wichita, Ks, approx 7pm. A total waste of money! Honestly, THE worst food I’ve had from a pizza place. Tried the puff pizza things and got a lot more puff than pizza. The crazy bread was raw, even after baking it at home for 15 minutes, it was soggy, raw tasting and otherwise flavorless. Nothing was ‘Hot’, as in Hot &Ready. Do better, or close your frickin doors!!

The people they have working there have no clue how to run that place. Called in my order they said 15 minutes I show up 15 minutes and I have to wait in line for 15 more minutes just to get my food as I’m looking at it getting cold. Everybody there was walking around with no rush at all. Even one of the cooks did not have his long hair pulled back or have a hat on. And when I got home one of my pizzas was incorrect!

Either someone stole my order or they didn’t make it. I said how can I help. Either make and give me my pizzas or give me a refund. They put me on the phone with the manager and she said she couldnt give me refund until she came in the next day to look at the cameras and I’d have to dispute it with my bank. The store manager would not listen at all. Why so complicated? In the end one of the employees gave me a refund despite what the store manager said. Manager was rude.
