disappointed this location used to be good. the past two orders i’ve done i did online and i did crazy crust and my pizza has not had crazy crust just regular crust. very sad since i love their crazy crust and they used to do it good. probably won’t order here again if they do it wrong next time as well.

Ordered pizza, crazy bread & dessert. I loved the crazy bread (even though I think it’s ridiculous they charge for the sauce) but will never order pizza from the restaurant again. It was not warm, cheese was hardened like it’d been under a heat lamp way too long

Let me lead with saying the staff was very kind and they were trying.
On the other hand, I ordered at 5:20 pm for a 6 pm pick up. I got there at 6:15 and they said it wasnt ready. At 6:45 ish I left with pizzas. Where I am most bothered, the pizzas were incorrect and cold.

The flavor of the pizza is fine, but every time I’ve gone, there’s been something wrong with my order and it’s never ready on time. It usually takes an additional 15-20 min from the 30min they say it will take. Probably won’t be going there anymore.

Avoid this location at all costs. The manager is sweet and I know she’s trying to improve it, but her efforts are not working. I ordered a pizza at 6:11 and was given a pick up time of 6:35. I get to the store at 6:45 to be told it wasn’t even in the oven yet. 7:10 comes around and I finally get the pizza, only to see it’s wrong. The girl running the drive thru seemed clueless and had to get the manager to understand that it was wrong. Additionally, I paid extra for the crazy crust and wasn’t given any. When I asked for them to put some on, they put maybe a teaspoon of cheese. Seriously? Why charge extra to only put a teaspoon. I drive from Wellington to this location because it used to be good. However, over the last few months my pizza has been wrong EVERY time and I’ve had to wait at least 30-60 minutes from the time it was supposed to be done. The manager was apologetic and offered free pepperoni puffs but pepperoni puffs do not fix the issues, so I declined. I know one customer won’t hurt, but I will not be coming back to this location. I will drive the extra 20 minutes into Wichita. Such a disappointment.

Food is good as usual but the Gentleman at the window today on October 28th at 11:50am honestly has a horrible attitude. I was respectful the entire time and he seems like he hates his job or something. Told him thank you multiple times and got a “Yep, mhm.” Like bro change your attitude you ruin the experience.

As much as I would like to give this store a good review, the employees honestly just ruin the whole experience. I’m typically very understanding, but this has gotten so bad. I placed an online order for just a regular pizza, and waited almost an hour before it even went into the oven because the employees only started cooking it once I was in the store. I’ve been here countless times and the pizzas are mostly good, however a long wait time is a common experience and it’s annoying/inconvenient. I’ve received emails stating the pizza is ready but it won’t even be done cooking when I arrive. Please for the love of god train your employees before just releasing them into the store. It was quite obvious that the workers were clueless or just didn’t care. And don’t make me wait over an hour for a pizza that was an online order!!!!

Ordered online and went in when it said it was ready, my name was on the screen for pickup at the kiosk so I put my code in and the hatch opened up. NO PIZZA. It took another 20 minutes to get my order, they’re cheating their own system in order to keep their average up.
