This place has incredibly dry pizzas zero sauce on the pies are treated like theyre cut with butter knives. Today around 7:30pm, my family had ordered about 6 pizza’s from this establishment. We got the pizza’s for a family event, we were all very disappointed to see that ALL expect one pizza was overcooked. We went back to this establishment to discuss a solution to fix our order. A lady got the manager for us, he came over after looking at the pizza’s, telling us he WILL NOT remake our food because its not “burnt” or “overcooked”. Proceeded to tell one of the employees to move out of his way so he could yank a poster off the wall to compare our pizza’s to the poster. The guy was very unprofessional towards us, and was NOT willing in any way to compromise or at least acknowledge that our food was overcooked. Not only us, but others were also in there to discuss the same issue. The ONLY solution the manager had was to refund us, as he was disrespectful towards us in all aspects of costumer service. I understand the overwhelming amount of customers, and being backed up..but in NO WAY did we deserve to be disrespected in this kind of way. As our conversation was going on, employees were laughing, saying “oh yeah, show her that, show her that” and walking away throwing their hands in the air as if we were a problem for them. I am very shocked with this experience; as I am an 18 year old, General Manager at a food establishment. The lack of unprofessionalism is UNREAL, and it needs fix in this establishment. I would very appreciate being able to contact corporate or corporate contact me. If there was an option for me to post this review with NO stars, I would.

Pizza looked fine but I question the quality of the ingredients when all 4 sauces I got expired Nov 2022. If you miss dated sauces for 2 years whats to say the ingredients going into the pizza isn’t expired as well. A hospital trip is not in my plans for our Saturday night.

Ordered through the app and it said it would be ready at 6pm show up and have to wait 2 hours with dozens of other people in the same boat, and I didn’t even get my food. Multiple times I went up to the counter to ask on the status and the guys says “it’s in the oven”, like how can it be in the oven for 1 1/2 hours? Then he says “sorry it’s my 2nd day and they got mad at me for going back to ask how much longer it will be”. Wait some more, go back up and there are 40 pizzas on the counter back there with nobody labeling the order. Why even be open at that point? Then I ask for a refund and he goes “I don’t know how to do that”, and I think to myself, then why are you up at the counter working the register? Then I wait 10 minutes for some guy in a durag and face tats to come up to the front to give me a refund. What a waist of 2 hours of my life that I won’t get back. At the least the door dash guy that was sitting there when I got in waiting to get his order was funny to talk to. Never coming back here again… Oh and by the way, the door dash guy didn’t get his food either by the time I left, wild

Order time has improved. The last couple of times I’ve ordered they were right on time and my order was ready in 15 minutes or so. The quality of the food can vary, sometimes they skimp on the butter on the breadsticks and the cheese on the pizza puffs (which are amazing when they are not over cooked and have enough cheese and sauce). So glad to see they’ve improved from the service time a couple months ago, but wish the food quality was more consistent.

The staff made our food without gloves and when asked to remake it, the manager got mad. The employees are in the store arguing and yelling at each other and all of us customers left without food. We were told its not their policy to wear gloves.

They are ALWAYS nice here. I think the cheese bread was PERFECT golden and yummy. No complaints. They usually do a great job here at this Little Caesars. Thank you for all your hard work.
