Overall, one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with any establishment. I’ve ordered here previously and had minor issues, but on a slow Monday night I waited over an hour for one pizza and breadsticks. They initially told me it would be 30 minutes, but after 35 minutes I checked the status and they hadn’t cooked it yet… they told me it would be next in line and I’d get it back in 10 minutes. 20 minutes goes by and I was so mad, that I left for 20 minutes and came back… All this said and it wasn’t as good as a market side pizza from Walmart for $10 with no wait… I asked to speak to a manager which I never do and I politely asked for them to explain to me what happened and they gave me a few excuses. I told them I would greatly appreciate if they threw in some free food because it was a horrible experience. They gave me a NOT so hot and ready pizza and some pretty good tasting Crazy Puffs. Save your time and money to go somewhere worth the wait. End of rant.

Went in to order that was my first mistake.We are on a budget so I checked pricing ahead of time on the app and it said our order would cost $25. We are only a cpl blocks away so I figured I’d just order at the counter. No big deal right? WRONG. The old man at the counter rang the SAME ORDER except I added black olives on my pizza for $40.87. I was stressed and the old man was standoffish so I wasn’t paying too much attention and swiped my card. I only had around 40 something on that card to avoid theft and strangly my card declined. I asked what the total was he repeated 40.87. I asked to remove the black olives. Swipe again and declined again. Huh. I ask what the new total was he says 33.57 keep in mind this is now the EXACT same order that online quoted me 25. And yes this was after taxes etc. At that point I just walked out. Checked my card when we got home… wouldn’t you know it all the money is gone and we got no food.

There is no way that my order was made fresh ! I called asked to speak to a manager while I’m telling her what’s going on with my order she is consistently over talking me saying that Bobby made the order and she watched him make the order as you can see in the photo. There is no way that this food is fresh when I asked the manager what her name was she did not give it to me. I then heard her call her boss and basically make it seem like I’m lying about my food And then after I asked again, what her name was, she hung up the phone in my face.

I’ve been standing here and waiting to order for almost 20 minutes. There is no one up front, and several of us have been told “we will be right with you” at least 6 times. No one ever did get”right with us.”
One guy in the back sees us, stares for a moment, and says “we got eyes on us in the lobby. There’s no chill in the lobby.” Several times, but did absolutely nothing to helo the 6 of us who had been waiting for a long time. How unprofessional.

The old man and old women should be in a retirement home with how their attitudes are. The first picture of the lid was a PAPER IN MY SAUCE. Guess thats a new secret ingredient. I ordered a normal stuff crust pizza and got this thin, cold, raggedy pizza. I’d hate to buy a thin crust because it’s probably made with imagination if this was normal crust. Expensive prices to be yelled at by an old lady who’s more spraying it than saying it.

We got undercooked wings and the meat is literally still pink and all they could offer is to re make us some pre made wings that will probably also be undercooked and then we asked for a refund and they said no because they would have to refund the whole thing. We are done with this place and won’t be returning again.

The most pathetic looking Supreme Pizza I have ever seen. It barely had any toppings on it and especially no green pepper or onion. Then when we called to complain that we didn’t get what we ordered we get told that’s how it’s supposed to be. If the manager and whoever made it think this is how a supreme pizza is supposed to look then they obviously don’t know what the hell they are doing. Place used to be decent, but I guess not anymore. Worst pizza I have ever gotten.
Edit: Decided to give another chance. Seems to be really hit or miss with more on the miss side. There is no consistency. Either the pizza is okay with decent toppings or you get a pizza that was undercooked and still doughy. Doesn’t seem like the training is very good if you are taking a huge gamble on getting a decent pizza or not. With such inconsistency the one star is gonna stay because there shouldn’t be. Training should be better.

I watched them prepare food with no gloves and the lady was sticking her hands on the cheese and dough with no gloves. Thats how ppl get sick. Please correct this asap. I did NOT order. Thats disgusting!!
